The Daisy — Local services in Copperas Cove

I’m generally happy with all flowers but I’m just not a big fan of roses because they are too hit or miss. Usually more miss than hit in my opinion. But these were exceptionally beautiful. I think the most beautiful arrangement I have ever received. Pics don’t do them any justice at all. In person the arrangement was huge. I was absolutely blown away by the size and beauty of the arrangement. I cannot wait to receive another order this March for my anniversary. I have requested that these be the flowers I receive for every anniversary from now on! The roses were all large and they fully bloomed, long stem, beautiful deep color, no brown or wilted petals, huge vase and the shape was beautiful, tons of babies breath and greenery which truly added to the beauty. And I was shocked at how long they lived. Usually roses start to wilt within a week or so. These lasted so long I almost wondered if hubby hadn’t secretly switched them out with a fresh bouquet. Whoever arranged these flowers for my anniversary last year absolutely made my day.

What I ORDERED from The Daisy website with my hard-earned $62.77 was a beautiful, fully bloomed plant with an elegant, white vase and a lovely wooden stand.

What I RECEIVED was all the garbage in the other photo...including a comparatively awful-looking plant, a completely different, cheap-looking vase, and NO wooden stand. Nevermind the added bow and cheap card which accomplished very little in pacifying our disappointment. Am I really the only one who sees the blatant disparity in these two photos? No? I didn't think so.

Equally disparaging is the fact that I included these two photos in TWO separate emails to The Daisy in an attempt to at least politely discuss the order. They never even bothered to reply. Tried calling twice...no answer. If they deny anything in this review, it is simply not the truth. The proof is in the pudding as they say. The Daisy was a terribly disappointing experience from start to finish....

I was supposed to receive my bouquet as a Valentine's surprise on Friday but the delivery was delayed. Saturday delivery wasn't an option (the delivery address was my school), so delivery rescheduled for Monday. Valentine's on a Friday is probably unbelievably busy so I understood. Then Monday was rescheduled to Tuesday and then the arrangement was disappointing, the sunflowers were dry and closed up, one flower didn't have petals at all. I didn't have the heart to complain to my guy after being delayed. I understand that it was a busy holiday, but I've seen the gorgeous bouquets from this business, and I would've like...
