Burger King — Restaurant in Coral Gables

Less the 1 star!!! As a Gables resident the service at this location is concerning. The last time I was there I ordered a cheeseburger with onions, it took them 3 cheeseburgers before they got my order right. They tossed 3 cheeseburgers infront of me before I got what i wanted. This morning my husband drove by picked up a chicken sandwich and a whooper. Chicken was not cooked completely which poses a health threat. I wonder who manages this store? It is digustingly dirty, staff is uncaring and just like I told the kid at window the day of the cheeseburgers if you guys dont care for your jobs you will soon shut down this store. Maybe we should start reporting incidents of this store to dirty dining and maybe then they will pay attention to the complaints being posted. We wont be back anytime soon. But its infuriating to have to drive 2 or 3 miles to another store when we live 4 blocks away from this one. The home of the whooper no more, sad it will...

Last night we were hungry rather late at night and were excited to find out Burger King was open till 2am. We arrived about 1:30 a.m. and as we pulled into the drive through the menu was off, but an employee was throwing away some garbage. We asked him if they were open, to which he seemed like he didn’t know the answer, so we asked again in Spanish, still he didn’t want to answer but finally said yes. Then an employee asked via the drive thru speaker if he could help us, I asked for a Whopper combo, there was the loudest and longest sigh I’ve ever heard from anyone after which he clearly made it known he didn’t want to serve us. I said forget it and backed out of the drive-thru. We went to McDonalds and were served with helpful happy people. If this Burger King doesnt want to serve people at 1:30am they should...

I live very nearby this Burger King and bring my kids here for breakfast once a week. I have lunch here once every 2 weeks or so. I have had some minor problems with the service but I much prefer Burger King to McDonald's so I put up with it. Today was the last straw. My sandwich was served incorrectly 4 times. The onion rings were crusty and hard. I was given extra food that I didn't want so I gave it a young man with a hungry look on his face. I was so perturbed that I stopped eating and gave them the food back. I didn't ask for a refund and simply left. Mind you I was in the dining room because they messed up the first 2 times in the drive thru. I'm done with this particular Burger King and might consider other options in the future. Better...
