I have visited several locations of this café and have always had wonderful experiences. However, my recent visit to the South Miami location was disappointing.

Unfortunately, the food quality did not meet expectations. The asparagus were yellow and mushy, the tomato dry, the eggs Benedict cold, and the muffin both untoasted and stale. Additionally, the croissant I was offered was also old. Despite these issues, I was charged in full, which added to the dissatisfaction.

On the bright side, our server was fantastic—attentive and professional. However, the manager’s response to the situation was disheartening. Rather than addressing the concerns constructively, they were dismissive and justified the poor quality, which left a sour impression.

Good and bakery items are always excellent. The grilled vegetable omelette is light and the veggies are sautéed and fresh. The mocaccino was prepared perfectly. The service sadly is just an order taker who does not seem to know how to read the table after bringing the order. He never brought the OJ, I asked for water twice and did not bring it. The atmosphere could be nice as the background is if is upbeat and nice; however, the place just does not have one iota of noise buffer between cement floors, chairs with metal bottoms.
