Pink Ponytail Salon The elegance, cleanliness and beauty when you walk into Pink Ponytail Salon is like no other. Everything is always sparkling and the guest satisfaction and gratification is above and beyond. The only way to describe it is that feeling of pure bliss and true happiness.The owner’s are sisters, Simi and Roya and are the best in this business. I would never go anywhere else again. Their artistic ability, creativity and the talent of the the owner’s and their team is perfection! Absolutely flawless, once you go in you will be hooked. They are top notch when it comes to the greatest in customer service and they raise the bar for being best stress relief any and everywhere. In addition, when you walk in you are greeted by either Sherri or Isabelle, there are two sides of the salon, this is great right now especially because of having to social distance and everything is always kept completely sanitized and meets the clean safe CDC guidelines. So, I feel safe being there and I am someone who is immunocompromised and immunodeficient. I don’t leave my house for anything unless I have to, but I do go to my Pink Ponytail Salon appointments. Maria, is the hair assistant and is the sweetest person ever, she even washes her hands every 5 minutes and always in between touching anything. On the first side of the salon where you walk in is the hair stations, the other side they have some hair stations, but it is mainly spa area for a nails and toes, with eyebrow waxing and eyebrow threading. Tricia, is my nail technician. She is amazing. I get my nails dipped and a pedicure usually every 4-5 weeks. She does such a fantastic job sometimes it can last 2 months. I have to talk about Tricia more in this post, sometimes I book something I’m not even due for yet, like a pedicure or dip with her, just so I can go just talking to her. Spending time with her is better than any therapy session. She always lifts up everyone around with her beautiful spirit, words of hope and healing, and her love and light. She is such an inspiration to be around. Lisa is also an amazing nail expert who has the biggest heart and soul of gold, with Lisa there’s always promise a of a fantastic experience. My mom is always booked with Lisa. My Mother has also has been seeing Gabriella for her hair and she is a rockstar. She is amazing! Since the moment I stepped in I never wanted to leave. The staff their always remember what is going on with me and have made me feel like family and it has become my second home. I was not always the easiest client. The first day I walked in, my hair was so damaged and a terrible color. A mousy brown, from having it previously bleached blonde, and trying it go back to my natural color and then trying to re-highlight it. It was broken and damaged and I told Roya, I wanted to be back to bleached blonde. We came up with a plan to get me where I wanted it to be. Every other salon I checked said it would be impossible. Not Pink Ponytail, they know what they are capable of and Roya definitely made it so much better that first day. The plan was to get it healthy. After about 8 weeks, I came back and saw Simi and that day I was back to healthy beautiful blonde hair. Simi is the the most creative, innovative and fun hairstylist I will never leave her!!! She will be my stylist for life. I love her. She can get so creative that as I’m sitting on her chair people are complimenting what she is doing and watching her. One day I decided to try getting my nails done at Pink Ponytail and never went back to my previous salon again. It’s more than just the quality of the work. They all really listen to what You want, not what they think you should do and I love that! I also have to mention Sherri, she is amazing, she is always able to multitask and is so accommodating and friendly and flexible when she knows what you are going through. This staff is like family. A family I have now been apart of for about 2 years. I highly recommend Pink Ponytail Salon to anyone who wants to be pampered and treated like a queen...

Review Edit: I received a call from the manager, Sherry. She was very kind and offered a heartfelt apology. She assured me this is not normal for them and offered a complimentary haircut. Changed to 4 stars because they took the time to make things right. I am very appreciative.

I had an appointment on Saturday at 12:45pm and arrived on time. My hairdresser didn’t start working on my hair until 1:45pm. She was running late but no one had said anything to me. I was just told 10 more minutes. I have never waited an hour for a hair appointment but I didn’t want to leave without a haircut. After she dyed my hair someone washed it and I found myself waiting, again, for my hairdresser. I waited for over 39 minutes while she did someone else’s hair. She never came by to apologize or let me know when she would come back to me. It was a terrible experience. After waiting and waiting I finally decided to leave with no haircut, my hair was wet and I had dye stains on my face. It was after 3:30pm. I have been a steady client at the Pink Pony Tail Salon for 26 years. I go there for all of my styling needs, which include a weekly wash and blow dry, monthly color, haircuts, highlights, Nexgen nails, pedicures and waxing/threading. All of the stylists, nail technicians, and shampoo ladies are beyond excellent and always conduct themselves with the utmost professionalism and friendliness. Jeanne is my fantastic hair stylist, and Janet does my nails just the way I like them, every time. The salon manager/receptionist, Cheri, is the best that there is and remains cordial, cool and calm in all situations. Dani, another receptionist/stylist, is also always sweet and happy to meet all of my appointment booking needs. Everything about the Pink Pony Tail is refined and above reproach. I have referred many friends to the PPT over the years, and they all have remained regular and loyal clients. That is because the salon is, by far, the finest in Coral Springs.
