Horrible.The food was good but the manager was very rude. In the start of the new month we bought a $50 gift card, which came with an extra $10. On the back there was something in very tiny letters saying, this expires April 20,2019. So when it was time for the bill the girl said it was invalid, we said how could that be.So we asked for a manager who was named Michael to come help us, and he told us that he can't do anything. I wish they would of told me when I bought the gift card I only had a certain of time to use it for. We said can't you at least give us $5 and he said no, and walked away quickly. We told him that we had another question and he was ignoring us and looking the other way rolling his eyes. I was very shocked because I've been coming to this place for years, and this is how I am being treated as a human being. Finally, the waitress got the "manager" over there and he said what can I do for you, I already told you it does not work. It seemed like he was trying to get over on us. So, he just walks away and I say 'what a rude kid" and he says in a smiling face "I take that as a compliment" and walks away smiling at me and my family. We told him we were gonna report this and he said go ahead "we already have enough customers any way". Before we asked him what his name was he lies to us and says a different. We knew this for a fact because his name tag said 'Mike". So, as me and my family are walking out he is sitting there laughing at us, along with other workers. After this I will never be back at Anthony's ever again. I hope that the RUDE worker "Mike" will get in trouble for his horrible actions to me and my family. We will never be visiting this place again. I hope that this problem can be fixed so that I can go back to my old restaurant that I would be at without "Mike". If you have to pick a place in Coral Springs do not ever go to this one. Repeated again EVER. If "Mike" does not get in trouble by the owner than this place is the worst place in the world. Another thing that I forgot to mention was when we first met "Mike" he told us he was the owner which we knew was a true lie. We knew he was not telling the truth because we have met the owner in a previous location once. I hope they can figure out this problem so this doesn't get out of hand like it did with me and my family. If I was the owner I would fire them today. If you are going there (Which I wont recommend) do not order the salad because it comes with the dinner. If I had to rate this place a 1 out of a million it would be """"0"""""". I had the pleasure of working with Dalia, the manager and I cannot say enough wonderful things about her. I was hosting a special Mother’s Day dinner party for 10 people — a celebration that meant the world to me and my family. I had placed our order well in advance to be delivered at 6:00 PM, so everything would be perfect and on time.
But just an hour before — at 5:00 PM — I received a message that the delivery had been canceled. I immediately called the restaurant in a panic, and that’s when I was connected with Dalia.
From the moment she picked up the phone, Dalia was calm, kind, and completely understanding. She didn’t hesitate for a second — she reassured me that she would take care of everything. She moved mountains to make it happen and personally oversaw that our large order was prepared and ready, despite the short notice and the Mother’s Day rush.
But what truly blew me away was that Dalia personally delivered the order to my home. She showed up smiling, warm, and with such a positive attitude, as if it were no trouble at all. She was so friendly and genuinely happy to help! Thanks to her, our Mother’s Day celebration went off without a hitch.
Dalia didn’t just deliver food — she delivered kindness, professionalism, and heart. She truly saved the day, and I will be forever grateful for how she handled everything. Her dedication and care went far beyond what anyone could expect, and she turned a potentially stressful situation into a moment of true customer service magic.

Read moreExtremely poor service at this location. I love Anthonys however the experience this evening was so terrible. First off my pizza arrived missing one of the toppings I ordered, it was brought to me on the side. The salad was watery and tasteless and all Romaine stems.
My waitress Chelsea was inattentive and left us at the table with no refills, she didn’t check on us not once. I asked her for a side of Marinara sauce she never brought it , instead she was talking with the staff and friends at another table. I had to flag her down twice just to get my bill as she looked at me and continued talking.
Besides this, the floor in this restaurant is so grimy I almost fell walking to the table. It’s a hazard and it’s not the first time. The chairs don’t stay put while sitting because the floor is so dirty they slip away from the table.
