Dunkin' — Restaurant in Coral Springs

This is by the far, the worst dunkin donuts I have ever seen! I go here very often as it is in walking distance of my job, and I don't know why I keep going back, but after today, no more. The service here is horrible because these employees are very overwhelmed. Good luck getting your order correct, or even in a timely manner. Your online order not there? They probably gave it to someone else, because they tried to do that to me the other day. "This is close to what you ordered, just take this one.' Um, no because what happens when that person comes in? Now their food isnt there...come on guys. 🙄 So today, I go in to get my coffee, there are 3 ppl waiting for their food, for quite a while based off their annoyed faces and mumbling to eachother. So I go up to the counter, and the ceiling is leaking, like EVERYWHERE! The counters have puddles on them, the floor is saturated with cardboard trying to soak up the water. There is water clearly dripping from MULTIPLE spots. Buckets and garbage cans trying to catch the leak. Why are they even open right now with a leak like that? Its not like its dripping in one or two spots, its literally EVERYWHERE. Is it dripping into any food? Gross!!! AVOID this DD and go ELSEWHERE ! The Staff are the rudest bunch of classless individuals. Ask a simple question about missing items in my order and get ignored ; completely ignored ! The person in charge was two-feet from me and looking right at me so i know she heard my question - which started with “Excuse me “, not a single word in response. Then i move on to a second employee - who corrected the issue but didn't even look at me when handing me the bag of missing items. an attitude for spending money ! At that point the mute came over and said something - so I asked if she was talking to me ? The rude response was “no I’m talking to my employee” - to which I rebutted “perhaps you should speak with your customers when they ask questions about missing items” I was then told to pick up my delivery order and get out - I am not a delivery driver , however if this is how the delivery folks are treated -as well as the customers you'd do yourself a favor to avoid this one ! I will be calling the manager as well as the franchise...

Worst DD service ever. I frequent DD daily but will never come again after the poor customer service and interaction. I also will be reporting the manager to corporate for having a line of people outside and coming to lock the door after serving one customer. How inconsiderate is that. And what a horrible look it is for the brand. Went there today after the hurricane in which the doors were open and a customer inside. First the Manager stated they were opening but short on staff. However there were (2) of them in there. While having a line outside they served one young lady who walked in before me. I've come there on several occasions due to I live in the neighborhood and noticed the Jamaicans working there are very bias and rude.
