I couldn't wait to begin this review not more than 10 minutes after it happened. And if I could give NO stars I would! Was on my way to a meeting with my husband; otherwise I would have parked the car and walked into this store and asked for the manager, ALONG WITH writing this review. NASTY, NASTY, NASTY, RUDE service received by a young woman there this morning, May 2, 2024 at 9:44 AM!!! She wore the headphones in the Drive Thru at that time. My husband placed our order at the speaker; it was a male voice that took the order. We drive up to the window and this woman in question is there. She says, "That'll be $5.33. My husband, a Pastor, credit card in hand, smiles at her and says, "Not until you smile!" because she opened the window with a nasty scowl on her face. (All day he tries to brighten folk's day, and many smile and have said that he does.) This woman hesitates for a second, evil eyeing him, then slams the Drive-thru window in our faces and turns to do other things within the store. My husband and I look at each other, frozen, and about a whole minute later or more, she opens the window again and says, "Are you ready to pay now?" With a nasty attitude and as if we were being punished. My husband who always had the credit card in hand says, "Yes..." (As in we always were!) My first thought and suggestion was to drive off and leave the food there. I'm glad he didn't, because this behavior should be noted. He hands her the card, she swipes it, hands it back and slams the window. My husband and I both being business owners always ask for our receipts. So my husband quick taps the car horn, and she TOTALLY IGNORES us. After another full minute when she feels good and ready, she opens the window again, says nothing and we ask, "Can we have our receipt please?!! She throws the receipt in our direction and slams the window again.
I hope this review gets to the supervisor; I also plan on stopping in this location to ask for the Manager with regard to this interaction, since every time I call the phone number it says that "We're on the other line or busy; try again later..." before disconnecting the call. It is my sincere hope that other human beings working at this location are not being supervised under a nasty, confrontational individual such as this! She really needs an attitude adjustment and even a different job! At one point, there was nobody in line behind us; at this time, the morning rush had already passed. I even said to my husband: "Sometimes these people are rushing; they don't always have time to take part in your banter about smiling..." But he then made a good point by saying, "What happened to customer service with a smile?!!
I don't know what her problem was at that time of the morning or what her problems are outside of Dunkin Donuts, but no customer deserves to start their morning with that amount, or ANY amount, of extreme FURY unleashed on them by a customer service worker! No disrespect to hard-working people that work at Dunkin' Donuts; I believe there is pride in every job, but some people are stuck in fast food joints because they don't have good customer service, or in this woman's case any people...
Read moreWent in to get 3 dunkin refreshers and 4 donuts but when I went up to the cashier he was extremely rude and had a major attitude for no reason. I politely placed my order, I asked him for 2 dunkin refreshers but then my sister told me that she wanted one too, so I asked him if he could add one more. He made an annoyed face at us and added it, then I asked for 3 donuts, but then my sister wanted one more, and when I asked him if he could add one more he made a gesture with his hand and acted even more irritated. Not a single smile on his face. After the order, he printed the receipt but didn't even take it out for us. So we didn't even notice he printed it. Then when we asked if that was our receipt he just nodded again with an attitude and then gestured with his head for us to come out the line so he can handle the guy behind us in line. And when we got the drinks I told him thank you and he didn't say anything. Not surprised though. I dont know what his name was but he wasn't a young boy. He looked like middle aged man. Also im pretty sure u can customize specific things you want in your dunkin refresher and he didn't even give us the option. Cashier definitely has to learn manners and how to deal with customers. I went in June 6th 2025 at around 3pm. Definitely making this review at the right location...

I just got back, because I didn't feel like driving past my house to the other dunkin.
me: "Can I have a sausage egg and cheese on a croissant"
her: "Okay sausage egg and cheese croissant"
me: "Also a large ice coffee, cream and sugar, with the french vanilla FLAVOR SHOT, not the swirl, but the flavor shot"
her: "Okay.. I .. um.. one sec.. you said.. large ice coffee.. cream and sugar?"
me: "Yes with the french vanilla SHOT, not the swirl"
her: "Okay you can drive up"
... I get to the window ..
her: "Okay what was that coffee again?"
me: "Large ice, french vanilla flavor shot, cream and sugar"
her: "Okay"
.. I am sitting here with a large ice, hazelnut swirl, cream and sugar.
