I’ll start with 2 positives: The food at First Watch is always delicious and our server was very friendly and attentive. The negative— which is infuriating enough to prevent me from returning anytime soon— is the front/host area at the Coral Springs location (front door, check-in, payment register) and the attitude and customer service of the manager, Nico. The desk, which serves as both check-in stand AND payment location, is beyond chaotic. It is located right in front of the entryway, which results in 20 people crammed in a 25 sq ft area, blocking the door and unsure which line to get in to check-in or pay. When we finished our meal, we waited in what we thought was the payment line because 3 people were standing in line in front of us waiting to pay as well. After over 10 minutes waiting, with no movement in the payment line, I finally approached the manager Nico and asked at what point he planned on taking payment instead of seating parties and checking in new patrons. Instead of apologizing for the chaos, confusion and delay, he told me that we, and the 3 other parties should have just pushed past the people crammed in front of the desk. To say this put a damper on our entire breakfast experience is a massive understatement. The management, whether it’s local or corporate, needs to figure out how to implement a better system in the front. And management needs to be trained on how to de-escalate customer concerns and complaints. Telling a customer (especially one that has waited FAR TOO LONG to simply pay their bill) that they are at fault is not only obnoxious, but a surefire way to lose that customer and ensure that the customer will tell at least 10 people about their negative experience. Read moreI ALWAYS ORDER THE MILLION DOLLAR BACON!! It's always on point! I mean perfectly delicious and well worth the price! Today on the other hand was the absolute worse experience. First order I got my meal and ordered Million Dollar Bacon as an additional side. Guess what I received?!?! regular bacon just a basic side of bacon. NOT MILLION DOLLAR BACON IN THE LEAST BIT!! Once you've had it; trust me you know the difference & it's undeniable. I call the restaurant to explain what happened. They advised me to reorder & request refund from Door Dash. So this time I place two orders of Million Dollar Bacon, the representative assured me they would double check the order this time. Guess what now TWO hours since the initial order this morning and here is the second Delivery. I'm beyond furious at this point. Not only is this still not Million Dollar Bacon, ITS BURNT & two orders are in one box!!!!! Can I wake up from this nightmare already!?! Read moreOrdered a coffee by online order on a Saturday morning MISTAKE, So I work in the plaza I walk across to pick up the coffee because I figured 15 minutes was enough time to make a small cold brew.. I'm waiting in the lobby there's a million people in there.. couldn't actually get any help( i asked a male employee he said he was busy) I left..... I called and a young lady who answered completely rude basically couldn't go look to see if the coffee was ready that way I can come and pick it up( I'm working also) . I proceeded to tell her I was already there in the lobby and couldn't get any help(im working also ) asked her again if she could look to see if the coffee's ready so I could run across and pick it up... she said to me she didn't have time to do that which I found shocking because I'm also a customer just like the ones that are there in the lobby. It was very loud in the restaurant so I don't think she heard me . AND OUT OF NOWHERE SHE SAID " MAAM IF YOU KEEP YELLING AT ME I WILL HANG UP" . LMAO SHE SAID IM BUSY" ....my reply... SO I GUESS ONLINE ORDER PEOPLE DONT COUNT? LOL I just hung up..
