Broward Beauty Institute — Local services in Coral Springs

Wow! What an amazing experience here at Broward Beauty Institute. There wasn't any reviews on Yelp, and Yelp is my go to for reviews, so I was like uhhhhhhh.... but Google had some reviews. I was referred here by a friend's friend. So I knew it was a reputable place, but definitely more reviews would be helpful.

I signed up for Dermaplaning and Microneedling. This class was from 9 to 5. The price included everything we needed as well as beverages, snacks, and lunch! Yah! All available during your time there! Wow! We had the ability to have tea, coffee, cherry coke, orange fanta, sprite, water. Wide variety. Snacks were cookies, muffins, rice krispy treats, chips, and others. Many different snack and drink options which was so nice! You didn't have to worry about bringing anything but yourself! Unless you wanted to be the the person that everyone practiced on then you needed to bring a fitted sheet and two hand towels for the face.

The Saturday class was Dermaplaning! I was so nervous, but our Teacher, Mrs. Fadia, was so patient, kind, and knowledgeable. From 9 to around lunch time is the lecture portion. You were given pens, a Broward Beauty Institute mask, and a shield. Lunch for Saturday was dominoes pizza and little turkey wrap rolls. OH! Forgot to tell you! They brought crispy cremes for us! AH! Have not had one in sooo long! Delicious! After lunch is the hands on training. Everyone must do hands on training to pass. We all got our chance. She was so patient with us. Talking us through what to do. Making sure at the end we knew what we were doing and felt confident about it.

Sunday was for Microneedling! Same routine, but lunch was chipotle :0 We filled out a paper of what we wanted and bam... Chipotle for lunch! Amazing! Micro needling was definitely less stressful than the Dermaplaning. Either way each day Mrs. Fadia was calm, patient, and worked with each of us to make sure we understood how to properly handle the machine. Watching for reactions in the skin.

At the end you can fill out a product sheet if you would like any of the products or tools. I purchased the Dermaplaning disposable blades and the Microneedling Kit.

Altogether, an amazing experience. Mrs. Fadia and Samantha are just amazing! So happy I chose Broward Beauty Institute to get my certifications. I can't wait to try more classes.

If you’re second guessing on whether you should enroll this is the sign to enroll now! I drove from Palm Beach to Broward 4 times a week for 2.5 months not to mention I also have a newborn baby. I took the Esthetics Skin Care class started Nov 30 /2022 and finished Feb 22/2023 Mrs Fadia, Ms Satty, Ms Samantha and Mr Tony are very professional and passionate about what they do you won’t be disappointed they are strict when it comes on to getting in all your hours not only that but the knowledge on all the topics required I went into this Institution with little to no knowledge about esthetics and now I know so much that I could educate someone. I enjoyed my time here and I’ll be keeping contact with everyone who I’ve met here the warmth I felt was amazing.Omg I want to write everything but it’s going to be too long🤣🤣. Mrs Fadia is the boss of all esthetician she knows everything and she doesn’t play the dirty or cross contamination game I salute her she will teach you all the best and safe way to do everything ask her anything and she has the answer for it not to mention how patient she is. Ms Satty is a very determined and patient woman and she’s going to make sure you do all those clinics so don’t even try to hide or give excuses 🤣. My experience with Broward Beauty Institute was phenomenal and I feel so lucky to have the opportunity to be taught by Fadia. When it comes to learning a new trade, the teacher is everything. If you enroll in Broward Beauty Institute, you are in good hands. Not only are the lessons in depth, they are taught in a way where you can quickly grasp concepts even if you aren’t a good test taker or English isn’t your first language.

Fadia truly is a teacher’s teacher, besides being one of the kindest and patient people i’ve ever met. This school is hands down the best in all of South Florida if not the entire state. We got more hands-on education than most other schools combined, to the point where I was confident going into the field as soon as I graduated. In fact, I got a job the same day as I graduated! Having Fadia’s name and school on your resume is the equivalent of working for Miranda Priestly for a year (The Devil Wears Prada fans will understand!)

Taking the leap and enrolling in BBI absolutely changed the course of my life for the better and I am forever grateful to Fadia and the whole BBI team (including Samantha and Mr Tony!)
