My recent visit to Kilwins with my family left much to be desired. We were looking forward to enjoying some delicious ice cream, but unfortunately, our experience was marred by the extremely rude behavior of the staff. From the moment we walked in, it was evident that they lacked any sense of hospitality. There was a noticeable attitude, and it felt like they were indifferent to whether customers chose to patronize their establishment or not.

In a region like South Florida, where there are numerous options for enjoying ice cream, it’s disappointing to encounter such poor customer service. While the ice cream itself may be good, the overall experience was overshadowed by the unwelcoming atmosphere created by the staff. A Sweet Father’s Day Treat!

Visited Kilwins in Coral Springs this past Father’s Day weekend, and it was an absolute delight! The store was spotless, well-organized, and welcoming. The staff was friendly and attentive—there were four workers behind the chocolate counter and ice cream area, all working efficiently and with great customer service.

Their chocolate selection is incredible—chocolate-dipped apples, pretzels, barks, popcorn—you name it, they had it! Everything looked fresh and high quality. My kids and I tried the ice cream, and it was excellent. So many flavors to choose from, and each one we tried was delicious.
