The injection experience went well. When the results had settle 30+ days later and there were concerns I requested to meet with the injector to discuss. I was asked to send pictures and then received a message stating I looked better than before and could opt for more filler if I wanted to. The lack of overall patient well-being and Satisfaction can ruin the entire experience. I will be seeking a different injector To look over the results and I can at least confirm everything is OK in person.

follow-up response* Notice 30+ days later I contacted them for a concern. Which was addressed over pictures. I was offered to go in person after I let them know how unprofessional it was to respond with suggestions of adding more filler without even properly addressing my concern. You would expect a medical provider, to address concerns in person because clearly you needed multiple angles to even understand what my concern was. Like I stated, the injection process went well, your attention to any follow up concerns to patients, which should be greatly considered when seeking out an injector, is just important as the initial injection day, and a week follow up. If you have restraints with the schedule of the injector, make sure to let the patients know. Because again until I pointed out how unprofessional the responses were, the excuses came after. It’s not a good approach to point out that because someone didn’t buy multiple injections of filler they should be denied and acceptable review of any concerns that may arise. In any logical person would decline any further work from the clinic after your initial response was what it was. Again, to anyone considering this location, due consider how you will be treated if you happen to have a concern longer than one week...

So I met with Vanita, for the very first time yesterday, I have been living in Florida for 2 years, and trying to find an injector was a nightmare for me, I live in Naples, a few days ago I came across Injector Vanitas page and Dmed her in regards to refreshing me, and price wise, etc etc, then I thought of the drive I would need to make out to her which is 2 hrs and the fact I didn't know anyone who actually went to her had me thinking maybe it isn't the best option, but as I kept going through her pictures I decided let me make the drive and at least have a consultation with her, now driving in the car I hesitated to the point I even wanted to turn the car around, because I am so anal with anyone just touch my face, But I have to say, Boy, am I so THRILLED I WENT TO SEE MEET HER, not only was she so kind and sweet, she didn't push anything on me, she understood my concerns with fillers as I never do them and everytime I meet with anyone all they want to do Is fill me up and I'm not about it, but she did recommend some things, that I was open to and I can say I am absolutely so far happy with the results and the fact of how gentle she was when working on me when anyone I had met has been absolutely rough, VANITA just gained a new client for LIFE! I cant wait to go back to her to finish what we started, and she was definitely worth the 2 hr drive 🙌😍 And I will also her her Staff was so sweet and accommodating as well

I made an appointment for Botox, which was great and they do have amazing customer service but I brought up a major problem that I’m very self conscious of. Which is the dark circles under my eyes and how hallow/caved in my under eye area is. The doctor gave me a few recommendations and we decided to try under eye filler. I do understand that it takes about two weeks for filler to settle in but the filler was distributed unevenly. It became more noticeable as time went on. This is my first time ever getting fillers done and it made my caved in under eye and circles more noticeable. I can’t tell you how often I got asked, if I slept okay, sick or if I was having an allergic reaction since one side of my face was more noticeable bigger than the other side. My understanding the filler was going to get injected under my eyes but instead it appears it mainly injected in the cheek bone area. During my time with the doctor, injecting the filler I do recall her commenting at the end of my appointment that my face is naturally uneven and said that she’s almost out of filler. For a price tag of 3k I would expect, someone in her profession would know how to evenly distribute a product in a clients face. What’s even worst, I had a follow up appointment two weeks after my initial visit. A day or two before my follow up, I received an email that my appointment was canceled without any reason why.
