I used to go to Vicky's in Davie, Fl., but now that I have this one close to my home, definitely will visit this one very often. Let me start by saying, I love ❀ Vicky's... The staff is amazing, very friendly and easy going. They would make anything to make your coffee as tasty as possible. You just have to tell them how would you like to have it, and they will make it to your preference. The food and pastries are soooo good and fresh. Specially, the cheese pastelitos (I call them quesitos) they are fill with sweet cream cheese, yummy! The breakfast special is great, I will post a picture, so you have a better idea. I read some reviews for this place, and OMG!!! definitely, there are a lot of ppl that are very hard to please. These small businesses are helping our community with "jobs"!!!! and they rely on our positive feedback to continue improving their way to make business. Sorry, I had to say it! Anyways, I am very thankful with the service provided today and the food was amazing. I want to thank Ernesto who took my order today, and the amazing girls who prepared me, my amazing coffee. 👏 😉 Welcome to Coral Springs!

I was so excited to hear of Vicky Bakery was going to open in Coral Springs. I finally went on a Saturday afternoon, which was pretty busy. I ordered two items, cafe con leche and a cheese tequeño. I first got the cafe con leche, and it was not even hot, it was a little warmer than room temperature. I waited about 15 minutes for the tequeno, and asked if it would be much longer, since it was already in the display. A friendly staff member walked over to the other side, grabbed a bag and passed it to me. Apparently someone left it on the side and didn’t bother to give it to the one who ordered it. I understand it’s a new location, but they’re too busy and not ready for the flow of traffic. I will give them a few months before paying them a 2nd visit. Hopefully by then, they will know how to heat up the leche for the coffee. They have a great selection of pastries and cakes that look amazing, but not sure how they taste.

I am giving it 5 stars only because I don't want them to close like everything in Coral Springs!! Manager come on get it together!! I don't want to hear “we just opened” “we busy” “we understaffed” etc etc I observed for a long time the 3 times that Ive been there and so many things are basic common sense, how is it possible that you go for lets say only pastelitos, those things are right there next to the cashiers, the boxes should be premade and packed those pastelitos and go boom! Happy customer, why I have to wait 30mins to tell me there’s no more!! Those baked goods should be packed right away!!this way you don't continue selling things you don't have and you don't have people standing there angry waiting it makes no sense!! Manager listen to your customers.

Usually I don't go out of my way to write bad reviews, but I'm sad to say that the food I received was questionable. I went with my family to get a birthday cake, nothing elaborate just a dessert for the day. The service was good and they even wrote a 21 on the top per request. We kept in in the fridge for no more than 3 hours. When I starting eating it was okay but I couldn't help but think about how using grocery store cake mix would taste better for much cheaper. I got the Oreo cake which I picked specifically because I assumed it would be about as sweet as an Oreo which, compared to most name brand cookies, are pretty mild, similar to dark chocolate. I knew it was going to be sweet but I wasn't prepared for how sweet. People have different tastes I understand, but every part was overwhelmingly sugary. The least sweet part was the actual cake layers, which were still pretty strong but not bad, the inner frosting was stronger but there wasn't much so it balanced alright, the outer frosting however made me nauseous from one bite, which was exacerbated by a stale flavor. The cake is decorated with a few whole Oreo cookies at the top, I wanted to taste as a hopeful palette cleanser but also out of curiosity since it's the part Im familiar with. Just by holding one, it felt exactly as I worried it would: soft. Oreos are made very dry & crunchy, they only ever get soft like that from either humidity, excessive heat or going stale, judging by the taste of the cookie, I'd assume it's the latter and that the sweetness might have came from the sugars sitting for long enough to have them develop as strong as they did. There was no way this happened in the short amount of time it was in our fridge, it was completely boxed even. This cake tasted like my birthday was a week ago. I can only assume it had been old the moment we bought it which is very disappointing, I would've been perfectly fine with waiting a while to get one that tasted at least a little fresher. In the end, its not my intention to insult the owners or staff and wouldn't want to get anyone in trouble on my behalf, but I can't imagine what I received was not what the finished product was supposed to be like, so hopefully management can use this as feedback to deliver customers what is intended.

Thank you,...

So completely disappointed in this location and staff! ESPECIALLY THE CASHIER. We went in on Thursday 4/25/24 at 6:55pm for a coffee and a to go dessert. The gentleman said we were the last customer and locked the door behind us. We stood there for 3 mind while the ashier finished with the other customers in front of us. As we approached our turn she said sorry we are closed and she could not help us and they are closed now. I, of course, said we have been standing here for 5 mins waiting for you to finish with the other people, now it's our turn and we would just like a to go dessert and coffee so we could sit out front of the store at the tables and enjoy our evening. She then proceeded to push a button on the cash register and says see, "its closed" and we can't help you. SO SORRY. WOW! Absolutely ridiculous and poor customer service. YOU CLOSE AT 7PM NOT 6:55! How hard would it be to put a cake in a to go box and a coffee in a to go cup, ring us up all in the time for you are being confrontational with us, we could of been done with the order, paid and left in the time you are refusing to take the order. Poor service. As we left, the gentleman who was very nice, profusely apologized, unlocked the door and let us out at 7pm exactly. WHERE IS THE MANAGEMENT AND...

Disappointed. I've waited so long for this bakery to come a little closer and it let me down. As a local guide, I like to try the different ways to order at restaurants ie: curbside order via their website. That part was smooth even though it missed a cafe con leche I ordered. I arrived and parked right up front. After following directions to let the restaurant know I was there, several minutes passed by. I finally called and a pleasant voice "Logan" answered and said he'd be on his way. I asked for my coffee and he said he didn't see it on my order and sometimes the 'App acts up' . Ok so I leave and thankfully decide to check my order half way home and see that half my order is missing. I turn around and call them to tell them it's missing and he said he'd bring it right out. I pull right back up and wait another several minutes. They forgot about me. I had to call to ask what was going on. Terrible service although Logan himself was nice. Food: I tried one of everything. The croquettes were disappointing. Everything else was ok. I'll make the drive out to Davie location for now on. Moral of the story, after all of this, bringing out that missed coffee to make up for the bad service would have made a disappointed...
