Customer service is horrible. I was told ownership changed. There are many new employees that seem to not know how to operate the business. I was there yesterday - they had no cash drawer/no change. The associate said she didn’t know when the employee would be back with change so they could not take cash payments. I’m literally sitting here orders another person wash out dishes while four orders are waiting. We are all waiting here watching them clean when they could wait, process our orders, then finish what they are doing to close out the store for the evening. I’ve been here and had multiple people whose orders were taken AFTER mine served before me. The place is a customer service nightmare. They need better training and to have someone here that can show these young people, new employees how to run the store. I only continue to come here bc of the proximity to the gym and my house. Otherwise I suggest going to the Smoothie...
Read moreToday was my first and last visit to smoothie king. I’ve never been in one before. As I was ordering the two boys working there were so engulfed in their conversation and didn’t really explain you can add things to the smoothie etc. which is fine. That’s to be expected when you leave kids in a store to work it with no adult supervision. Well the boy making the smoothie was so into himself and letting everyone know he was the best recommendation for that place because he just got promoted to shift lead. He then went on to bash other employees that were no longer there. I got this whole convo while waiting for a smoothie. Once he was done making the the smoothie, he handed it to me still talking about himself. I said Thank you, he didn’t even he my voice over his. As in getting into my car, he comes running at me, yelling at me saying I took the wrong smoothie and wanted to know if I took a sip of it. I said I didn’t take anything. I told him he handed that to me! I also told him if he was paying attention to what he was doing he wouldn’t have messed up. The poor snowflake kid couldn’t understand why...
