Casey's — Restaurant in Coralville

ABSOLUTELY UNACCEPTABLE. I went here with my family and we ordered an hour ahead. When we arrived our order was mixed up with someone else and we were told that the biscuits and gravy we ordered wasn’t even put in and it would be another 20 minutes. The worker apologized and said he would compensate us with 2 of the burritos. We ordered one that wasn’t even given to us with the original order. He ended up putting two breakfast bowls in instead which we already had two of because “that’s how the biscuits and gravy came in” he also gave us the wrong pizza and ours was given to a door dash driver. To deal with this he put in two breakfast pizzas after being told we were on a time crunch. We never got the burrito that was originally ordered. Not to mention how he was wearing...

I choose Caseys because they’re familiar and I typically know what to expect when but this store in particular is not one that I would ever recommend to anyone.

The store is absolutely filthy. There was loose trash all over the floor near the soda machine. The soda machine area in itself looked like it needed to be deep cleaned, desperately. The bathrooms were THE WORST gas station bathrooms I have ever used. Please hire a professional cleaning service to bring these restrooms into an acceptable state of use. The lack of upkeep is CLEARLY visible near the sink area, on the walls & partitions of each stall, and the floors.

Absolutely disappointing to stop at a Casey’s and see a store be so terribly neglected. This store is not the Casey’s I know and...

I stopped into this store for fuel and road trip necessities, to include caffeine and a restroom break. The restroom was absolutely filthy. But to top it off, the water for washing your hands in the bathroom is at most a drip. And only hot water. So to wash the nastiness off of my hands from the filthy dirty bathroom, I had to endure scolding hot drips to rinse all of the soap off my hands. On a positive note, there was soap. The young lady who checked me out at the register, was delightful and sweet. The facilities need care and attention. Just nasty. I am pretty sure not having running water in the bathroom is some sort of health...
