Nothing Bundt Cakes — Restaurant in Coralville

It hurts me to write this review honestly because I've been a customer of multiple locations for several years.. At this specific location the last 3 or even more times I have came in to order, the customer service was awful. We either get the silent treatment or eye rolls when just trying to decide which ones to order... hoping and praying this changes one day as it use to be a happy and fun experience especially when bringing my children in. We never complained about the price because believe me THE BUNDTS WERE WORTH IT every single time! However... this time we ordered several (as we typically do because we live out of town) just to find that now they're not filled fully 😭🥺 We opened up a couple different ones and it was all the same, no longer filling all the way through the middle 😔 Im hoping things go back to the way they use to be so we can all enjoy our experience at this location again but until then, I'll probably wait until the holiday...

Witty name, but not a lot of game. We had been wanting to go in and try this place since we saw it pop up. We finally went last week. I was honestly disappointed that you can’t buy bundtinis (the smallest size) individually or even by the half dozen. You have to buy 12 ($21) to buy those. I would have liked to try more flavors than 2 of the size larger (bundtlet - $4.50), but would have had a hard time eating so much cake and didn’t want to pay a ton to sample and waste them. We tried the white chocolate raspberry and the chocolate chocolate chip. Both were very moist and smooth, but I can’t say the flavor blew me away. I’m not sure I would have guessed the white chocolate raspberry had either of those flavors if I didn’t know it beforehand. So in the end, they were pretty decent, but I’m not sure I’d pay...

I first learned of nothing bundt cakes when my daughter and I lived in NJ about 3yrs ago when my daughter had to have open heart surgery...love love loved all the different flavors but most of all the cream cheese frosting and it wasn't so awful sweet...I had to go to iowa city hospitals last week and to my surprise when I seen your franchise in Coralville...needless to say we stopped and got 6 mini bundts as Father's day was Sunday...I was so disappointed in the cakes and not being half as good as the one in NJ not to mention how ungodly sweet the cream cheese frosting was...dont think we will be going back...I was under the impression that franchisees were supposed to...
