Wow. Just wow. If you really want to travel 15 minutes to a place that has an immense amount of better options to the left and right, then by all means, go to Hu Hot. To me, what stood out the most was the lack of flavor in the tofu. If I’m really going to pay some $20 for a meal, I expect the tofu to be sautéed well, but no. Instead all they do is give the tofu a little tiny stand at the end of the salad bar, making it uncooked, and quite frankly, repulsive. Honestly, if pancheros, which wich, and jimmy johns are on the same street (which they are), then just go to one of those restaurants. I was also very disappointed to find out that there isn’t actually a dragon inside the stove thing that the chefs cook on. As a child, my parents always told me that, and I fell into a deep depression when I burned my feet, legs, and knees to look inside the hole to find nothing but disappointment, and depression. I never leave home now. I’m agoraphobic and constantly contemplating the general ennui that life itself brings on a day to day basis. I never leave home anymore, and all I can think about is a paradoxical existential craze that puts me into feeling of madness and discontent. Why are we here if we’re all just going to die? Does it really matter when we die if it’s inevitable that at some point we ARE going to die? These are the thoughts that intrude my mind as I’m beginning to close my eyes before bed time. I wake up sweating because I know, for a fact, that that dragon...

All of my family had tummy aches and not feeling well. I had it the worst. I have tryed to call theee times to talk to someone but no one has answered the phone. I cant talk to anyone. We have gone to this location quite a bit. Loved it everytime this is the only time we had a bad experience and i cant get anyone to answer the phone to talk to anyone. Finally got the gm and she said I am sorry u had to go to the hospital but did not nothing about it. She had no empathy in her voice. It was like she was a robot. I will not be going back due to no human kindness for her restaurant giving me food poisoning and making me sick. I will be calling corporate office. Now into September and no one has reached out and...
Read moreWe came here for my son's birthday. There were 20 of us. Maddie, our server, did an excellent job keeping us in drinks and taking care of us. This place is basically a buffet. You have to get in line, grab a bowl (or two) and fill it with uncooked meat - there us a large variety- then noodles, vegetables and finally the sauces. Sauces come in a variety of flavors and spiciness. Choose carefully. You then take your bowl to the cooking wheel where your bowl of food is poured onto the wheel in order of your place in the line. After a few minutes your food is cooked, scooped onto a plate and handed to you. Actually a very efficient method. Interesting to watch. Dessert and drinks are available at an added cost above the meal cost. Somewhat expensive but the food is good. Maddie was an excellent server. Restrooms were clean. Recommend if you don't mind...
