Burger King — Restaurant in Corinth

I hate leaving bad reviews as someone who’s worked in the food service industry as well as fast food, I know mistakes happen sometimes. But this review is for improvement amongst the employees/ management. I ordered my food through Uber eats , and chose the pickup option. I was about 30 minutes away going back home so when I had come to pick it up, I would have assumed it would have been ready. When I pulled up to the drivethru- I told the employee my name for the order and he said “pull up to the first window” there was nobody there so I pulled up to the second one. I waited there for about 15-20 minutes for my food. My order wasn’t even made. Mind you, burger kings are never busy anymore- I was the only one there. Dining room was closed, nobody else in the drivethru, and I’m sure they didn’t have other delivery app orders. I recently tried Burger King's new Flame & Flight Combo meal for the upcoming How to Train Your Dragon live-action movie, and it was absolutely delicious! The star of the show was definitely the cheese fries, which had a fantastic, zesty kick of spice – a real pleasant surprise. The burger was also very tasty, and the drink was refreshing. The meal was rounded out perfectly with the delicious ice cream it came with. Beyond the food, the staff at this location were incredibly friendly and polite. While they did initially forget the sundaes that came with my combo, they were very gracious about it and immediately made them fresh for me. Their excellent customer service really stood out. Was happy to see that a Burger King had opened up in Corinth. I've always liked the food BK serves and the Burger King over on Loop 288 in Denton has been a disappointment service wise for years. So I was really looking forward to getting breakfast there this morning. The lights were on and there were cars in the parking lot so I figured it was open. Pulled in the drive through a little after 6:00AM. Nothing. Drove around and saw that there were people working inside so I pulled back around. Still nothing.
