My family and I ordered $47 worth of meals tonight to include: 2 veggie sandwiches, 2 pasta bowls, 1 peperoni pan pizzas, and a brownie. We received our order timely. I served my children, then sat down to finally enjoy my veggie sandwich. After a couple of bites, to my surprise I found a hair. Not just any hair. A curly long hair in my sandwich. It was so elaborate it sent me to my bathroom immediately. Once my family learned of my experience they would not eat another bite, naturally. I was furious. I have never in 37 years found something so gross in my food to send me to the bathroom! I immediately contacted Domino's and asked for a manager. I was greeted by Tosha, who confirmed she was the manager on duty in Cornelia, GA. I explained my horrible experience with my meal. She stated that her manager would not be available until Wednesday. I said well I am over multiple locations and if someone called with such an experience I would want to know at anytime. She said, "Well, I will not be in tomorrow and I will leave the message for her but it will probably be Wednesday." I was furious! Where the heck did customer service go? When did service become you pay and when I can get to you I can compensate for my LACK OF SERVICE! So, I stated to her that I was very sorry to inconvenience her and her managers schedule but I JUST VOMITTED THEIR MEAL and paid $47 for it and two days is not acceptable. She stated she would leave the message and that was the best she could do. We hung up, and I was stewing at the lack of service! Then, I realized I had not obtained her full name in my shock and called Domino's in Cornelia, GA back. I confirmed she was in fact the manager I spoke with and she stated yes and that her name was Tosha King and she managed shifts. I thanked her for the information and hung up. It was one minute later that I received a phone call back from Tosha stating her apology for my experience and that she didn't mean to appear rude during our last call and she had credited my meal and had posted a free large pizza at her expense on our account. I thanked her and explained that I was not looking for a free meal, just service. While my final experience was appeasing. The overall was not only gross, but stressful. No one sympathized with my immediate experience nor did they discuss process improvement. I am appalled at the level of service today. I hope Domino's takes my review seriously, as I have invested my time to share it...
Read moreMy sister ordered for us from this Dominos tonight. She was trying to add a coupon and order the 19.99 deal. When the driver arrived, he only dropped off two medium pizzas. She paid nearly $36 after delivery for two medium pizzas, something that would have cost less than $20 if a coupon had been applied. She was expecting the two pizzas along with bread, cinistix, and a drink (which would have been around $36 after the delivery fee), but the coupon hadn't been added correctly. She called the store to try to find out what had happened, and the manager was very rude. She wouldn't try to make the order right or offer any compromise to fix the situation that was caused by the coupon not beind added to the order correctly. My sister asked for the phone number to corporate. The manager wouldn't give the number, instead claiming that they were not allowed to give out the number to corporate. Then, my sister asked for the manager's name. The manager would not even give her name. I have never heard of a dominos with such indifference towards their customers. We usually use the Clarkesville dominos, and they have always bent over backwards to make orders right when they mess up. They have even made orders right the couple of times that we have messed up. Incidentally, my sister called Clarkesville dominos to try to get the number to corporate, and Clarkeville gave it to her. If you are considering pizza for dinner, use the Clarkesville dominos or a different pizza chain. Don't trust your fate to a store with such poor...
Read moreIf I could give them no stars i would. Staff is very rude and uncaring about the customers. We ordered 2 pizzas and wings tonight and we were sitting in the living room waiting for the driver when we got a call from the store saying the driver knocked on our door and noone answered but mind you we are on the couch in our living room then he goes and says his driver called our phone several times but yet we received no call except from the store its self. Then while expressing my concerns about the driver lying about knocking he says oh she said all the lights were off when she got there ... mind you we have the tv on and our phones why would we have a light on when watching a movie (doesnt make sense) so as I'm telling him that his driver isnt telling the truth and never called or knocked on the door he begins to yell at me and hangs up on me I'm not even going to eat my food because lord knows what you spiteful people have done to it because your in the wrong. I will be contacting corporate and I will make sure the boy who answered the phone gets what he dished out to paying customers... how dare yall try to make us pay for cold food because your driver was to scared to walk up some damn steps or even call...I will not be ordering from this place again and you can keep your food I'm going to...
