If I could give this place a -5 STAR I would I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I received a signature chicken sandwich now I do eat at zaxbys on a regular bases so I figured ok these people know what to put on the order, I get home and this sandwich was fried with a sauce that was spicy, this sandwich wasn't for me "I like spicey food " red flag fried vs. Grilled so I called this location: a female answered so I asked to speak with the manager. Come to find out she was the manager when I told her what had happened she wanted me to bring the sandwich back up there to her. Giving the time I informed her I couldn't make it there before they closed and ask what are we to do about this, no doubt o used a foul word and was asked not to. But when the district manager ms. Scotland told me she would remake my sandwich, knowing I couldn't pick it up in 8 min told me she would remake it and leave it on the counter for me to pick up in the morning lolz then hung up on me. So I called back and young man a.j. answered this time so I asked to speak to the manager and he told me she just left the store so I told him ill speak with his general manager in the morning. At this point I wanted the managers name and asked for it and Mr. A.J. informed me that her name was Scotland and she was the district manager. So my lady called the next day and mr. Every single time I come to this zaxbys there’s something wrong. Either they forget to give out forks. Sometimes napkins. Absolutely every single time I come, they forget my extra sauces. The zaxbys in clarkesville is always better. Clarkesville Zaxbys has had my order right just about every single time and the workers actually know what they are doing and theyre very nice about it. Cornelia zaxbys is what I chose today and I ordered online and my food was sitting on the counter where the cashier stands and the drive thru lady told me I need to come in and get it….. Really? It’s literally right there!! And then I asked nicely if I could get heavy sauce on my sandwich as I always do and she told me they would just put the sauces on the side since the sandwich was already made and that was fine. Habersham Ga. Zaxbys Refused to serve food after paying online..... food sat for hours I wouldn't eat here again ...... they gave me the wrong order after spending 45 dollars Ordered food online they say curbside service they still have curb side parking but they refuse to give u an online order through the drive through or in the curbside parking after sitting in a line over an hour.
