First Google Review, but I feel obligated to do one for this location.
Avoid ordering delivery from this location at all costs! I have ordered from this store 4 times (I usually order from the S Statesville location, in which I never have had a problem) and every time it's a different issue.
Today I ordered two sandwiches, only received one. When I called the store to ask what happened they said they made it and put it in the bag. Last time I ordered from this store, I never received the chips and drink I ordered with my sandwich. When I called they also stated that they put it in the bag. The time before that I ordered, I always do no peppers on my food, I cannot eat peppers. I called ahead JUST to be sure that they wouldn't put peppers on it. They assured me "we always follow the instructions sir". Guess what happens next? I receive my food with peppers on it. Literally cannot eat it. The first time I ordered from there, they gave me some sort of cheap substitute bread that was like sand in the mouth. Never had any bread of that quality from any Jersey Mikes so not sure what was up with that. Could not even finish the food, it was that bad.
If these situations were one-offs, I could understand them being mistakes. But when you mess up my order 100% of the time, we have a problem. You guys should not be allowed to do food deliveries with the level of service. I hope some level of leadership in your chain reads this and addresses these issues. If it's happening to me, it's got to be happening to a lot of your customers. Always trying to pass the buck every time I call in to follow up to see what went wrong. No level of ownership any...
Read moreI hate that i have to give them 1 star as they don't deserve 1 star.. went into this location on 8/14 and ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 chips and 1 gatorade. All the chips and gatorade were on the counter together. Vinnie rang up our order and i paid. We were walking out and were at the front door and he yelled frlm behind the register that we forgot our fountain drink. My daughter in law told him that my granddaughter had gotten the gatorade. Which i paid for BTW... looking at my receipt now at home. He yelled to everykne in the store that the kids meal came with a fountain drink and not a gatorade. I turned back and went to the register and said I'll pay for the gatorade i'm not a thief.. so he was rude at yelling and talking under his breathe to the gentleman at the register and charging me AGAIN for the gatorade We will NEVER go back to this...
Read moreLoved this place untill the girls were under staffed apparently and refused to make hot subs. Basically anything that took work to make. They weren't busy had plenty of time to make anything. Whether it was true or not, communication to the customer came off as we aren't willing to work like they were mad they were the only ones there. What happened to wanting to serve the customer because it's your job? If this is how they operate the restaurant...there are other sub companies that really want to serve the customers. The girls had also shut down half their website so you could only order cold easy to make subs, with no explanation making us think there's something wrong with our phone or the website 🤔 leaving your restaurant in those un capable hands shows you don't care about the customers.
