KFC — Restaurant in Corona

I'm to find was good no real complaints to were not slacking customer service politeness now adays it's a rare thing to find really any good customer service. Management usually are high school or under 22 and they lack the ability to handle the pressure of the fast pace. So instead of being balanced they get s little short and almost it send like a toss of food to you rather than handing it to you I didn't test thank you just have bag to me and was talking to another person. U felt how rude but it's not corporate it's a job so I guess it's true you get what you pay for. The prices now a days at these fast food joints are crazy high and they HAVEN'T change the size for better just the prices soon there going to raise them so high people will go to a dinner then what pay 40.00 and eat something...

Service is mostly ok but every time i have to check my order. My first time i had issues i got shafted on a drink from them but didnt wanna go back because its not down the street that was a while ago and things still havent changed. They tried to do it again today i had to ask where my 3rd drink was...... and i also asked for coleslaw in my stuff today as well and didnt get that either so if u want decent food with people who dont care about your order this is where you go... weve even called corporate before but they dont care or even call back after complaining so i think we will start going to a different kfc because its clear im always gonna have to check my order because the people who work at this franchise branch dont care about the orders being right...

Could be the absolute worst KFC franchise on the planet. From the ceiling leaking in 4 places, to the fact I was the only person in line and it took them about 8 minutes to take my order, to the watery, luke-warm mashed potatoes- this place should shut down.

Another customer observed me becoming more and more annoyed, and told me she had been waiting over 25 minutes for two buckets of chicken.

Unfortunately, they have no competition in this city, so no standards need to be met.
