Taco Bell — Restaurant in Corona

My office had decided that they wanted taco bell for lunch so I had agreed to make the run for them. We had a total of 2 orders one long $40 order and a smaller $20 dollar order. They missed one complete order on the first large order. and then missed the 2nd order completely. So of course I parked and went in there with the receipts and explained to to the manager what had happened. She made me walk back to the car and come back with the food because she refused to believe me. Finally after proving that they messed the order 18 mins later ( the rest of the food was cold by then) she gave me the 2nd order which was a #6, a Mexican pizza, cheesy gordita crunch box. I had checked everything except the box its self which was wrong. They gave me a box with fries in it. I discovered this once I returned to the office so I decided to go back to the Taco bell once again now furious because everyone' food is cold and I was in disbelief that they messed up the order twice. This time the manager refused to help me and said that I was out of luck because I took the food the 2nd time they had messed it up. My husband and I stopped at the Taco Bell Lincoln and 6th Street in Corona. I am a disabled woman with kidney disease I need to use the restroom quite often. This particular Taco Bell I had to ask them to unlock the bathroom door to let me in and I got a shock someone had used the toilet and had not flushed it. The entire bathroom stunk! I flush the toilet so I could use it and help my nose. When I got done I notified the personnel. Later during my visit I needed to use the restroom again. This time they let me into a different restroom which also stuck to high heaven. I proceeded to go out and complain to whoever was in charge at that particular moment. They said there was nothing they could do about the terrible smell. Now everybody knows you can do things about terrible smells it's called use a deodorizer! When I got nowhere with the employees I asked for the phone number so that I can call then miniature on Monday along with the health department. No one should ever have to put up with the nasty smell that was in those bathrooms. That is only cost by uncleanliness and nothing else! The my suggestion to everybody stay away until they clean...

Was my food order correct? Yes. This won't be a long review but it needs to be brought up. This isn't fast food. This is the slowest Taco Bell you'll ever get.

I ordered using the app at approximately 12:45 in the afternoon. Got to the location at 1pm. Come to find my order is still not ready.

I noticed 5 people ordering food off the kiosks.

Drove through line seemed to take priority to everything as their food was being given out quickly.

The 5 people that ordered well over 15mins after me started getting their food before me. Mine? No where to be found. I asked more than three times for my food. With a response of "we're working on it"

I got my food after 26mins in total.
