McDonald's — Restaurant in Corona

This McDonald’s is usually a bad experience but I’ve never left a bad review but TODAY I just have to Apparently the employee helping me her name is Sofia and “the manager” her name is Sofia ASWELL horrible service I asked “Sofia” if she could add 3 drinks to my order and that upset her ... then I asked if I could get ketchup she was about to give me A LOT which i really appreciated that but it was so much I asked her to put it in a bag that ticked her off she threw it back in and stormed off then SOFIA “the manager” came and she gave me that dirty look I waited patiently for my order keep in mind I order 13 cheeseburgers and 3 large fries and an order of chicken nugget so I got my order you should have seen how they gave me my chicken nuggets with ketchup INSIDE like at least 20 ketchups the box didn’t even close!!! I've been here several times, but last week service was not the best. I did mobile order and parked, just wanted and prefer McDonald's fries and a large Dr. Pepper, I went to sonic and ordered a chili dog first. First of all they were not super busy, and it took like 12 minutes to get my order. My fries were piping hot and good, was happy until I drank my Dr. Pepper, it was super flat, no carbonation. Went inside, and told them , so they has some guy check, it took like 10-15 minutes, just for him to say it's good and working, meanwhile my fries and chili dog from Sonic's getting cold. I took out the cap and shows them, and said look, no bubbles, get a cup and taste it yourself. They kept insisting it was working with an attitude, she said well you want anything else, I said I guess Sierra mist or sprite,. It took a few min to give me the new drink. so i got it, and it was even more flat too, at that point I just left, my fries and food from sonic was already cold. location is awful the manager gas lights the homeless people to the younger workers in the establishment and repeatedly has thrown food at the homeless people surrounding the parking lot even though they have money to pay she refuses to allow them in at any given time and has also threatened to have them arrested for trespassing. The homeless persons have also had issues even if theyve ordered online and paid in full using the app After contacting Mc Donalds corporate office and spoken with Rosanna's upper management team the corporation is not addressing the inhumane actions of their payroll and the homeless persons in the local area are said to be filing for damages through the BBB if the Manager Rosanna isnt reprimanded for the discrimination, gas lighting, false police reports and arrests. This wont be good for McDonald's Profit /loss statements moving forward and will only create a more hostile work environment for their youth crew members.
