Went there yesterday and ordered three 4 piece meals. Got home to discover that they were all missing coleslaw, two of the meals only had 3 pieces, and the unsweetened tea was sweet. Called them about it and was given a code for three free 4 piece meals. It was inconvenient, but I was happy they offered some sort of compensation. When I went in today, no one was at the register and someone had to yell for someone in the back to come out and take my order. There was loud laughter and talking coming from the back. I ordered and told the guy at the register that I have a code that gives me the meals for free that I got from the manager the night before. He said only a manager can enter the code. He went to the back and told me the manager will be out in 5 minutes because theyāre busy. I replied asking why itāll take 5 minutes and to please take my order. Meanwhile the employees, all of which looked like high school teens, were messing around and acting unprofessional. One kid was throwing pieces of chicken across the kitchen to another worker who was trying to catch it in his mouth. They didnāt bother picking up the chicken on the kitchen floor that was getting tossed around. They did all this in front of me knowing, I was standing at the register, but it didnāt phase them. I went to fill my cup with unsweetened tea but it was sweet. I asked the guy at the register which one is unsweet and he told me the dispenser I used at the end was unsweet, I told him it was sweet and he said all the teas were mistakingly filled with sweet tea. He at least offered to fill my cup with unsweet from the drive thru dispenser. I was planning on letting the manager know that her employees were fooling around like that in front of customers but decided not to because she looked very young herself and came from the back where there was loud laughter and gabbing going on, Itās understandable that a fast food place hires young employees, but the lack of professionalism, accuracy, and organization is unacceptable and inexcusable. This store needs to get its act together!! On the bright side, the food was at...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA manager came out in the parking lot looking like he was intense pacing back n forth starring at the brinks truck who stopped 4 food. It was wierd. I also have bad experiences with them not providing the simple things: salt, catsup, wrong drink no sauce etc and restrooms only having 1 sink where lines form waiting to wash your hands. They were underdesigning that aspect not caring that it is southern ca and mikkions of people flock and it is spontaneous n you never know when an influx will arrive and need adequately sized restrooms. Usually they are great at making it right with us, the customers, but at our expense ca traffic ya have to fight and fuel wasted to turn around and sometimes we cannot turn around and the day's meal will be incomplete. Be an expert in your field is my advice. If every1 was an aspiring expert in his field we as a Country would be blessed and successful. Thank You for trying to ne better than mcds in your attitudes but variety would be nice as others have varieties to pick from. Thank You. Progression wo quality is a sinking ship but if ya have quality and strive to be better each day you'll...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreWhen I got to your location I was the only car in the drive thru . I ordered a simple 3 finger combo and a kids meal with an extra toast . Got to the window to pay and Olivia was sooo quick to charge me for my meal but couldnāt do her Job Correctly and make sure my complete order was in the Bag . Of course she didnāt do that no straw and no extra toast . Iām in my 30 min lunch I donāt have time for your mistakes . Maybe if youād pay more attention to wat you are all doing in there you wouldnāt be making these ridiculous mistakes and your manager wouldnāt t have to offer complementary meals . I waited over 5 minutes in your Drive thru line for you to give me a incomplete Order⦠NOW...
