There seemed to be a bit of a problem while I was placing my order through the drive thru. I started ordering and then I let the girl taking the order (from inside of the building, not outside by the speaker) that I was looking at what different drinks that they offer and then silence. After I decided and I let them know that I had decided there was still silence. I waited and then mentioned it again that I was ready and nothing (thinking maybe they had an issue with their headset, possibly a low battery). Finally after seeing the 2 car that were ahead of me at the window get their orders I decided to just drive to the window to see if they were having an issue. The girl at the window didn't apologize for my wait and just asked what drink that I wanted. I come to this location often and have not had any problems before. Parking was super easy even on weekends. It is located right across from the habit burger. Staff here are always friendly, cheerful and polite. Love the decor inside, you will see the disco ball, portrait of Elvis, Lakers basketball, LA King and more. The restroom is clean. Service was fantastic! The staff will walk around checking in to see if we need anything. I am a fast eater, so I clear my food in a jiffy. The staff would stop by and ask to help clear the trays. You can feel the "One Love" vibe at Raising Cane's. Coming here puts myself in a positive state of mind. Our family loves Texas toast!
