I went through drive thru and they made my drink wrong so I decided to go inside to ask them to remake it because it had dairy milk and im lactose intolerant and it had whip when I said none since it's dairy and it was missing my extra Carmel drizzles with my mom payed 1 dollar extra for.
I go inside and a girl tells me to wait she'll be right with me. Then some older lady worker comes up to me and said what's wrong. I told her politely that my drink doesn't have almond milk and im lactose intolerant and it has whip when I asked for no whip and it's missing extra Carmel drizzle.
Then she asked rudly did you say no whip cream and extra drizzle and I said yes I did and I even showed her the receipt. The lady then coldly ignores me and grabs the drink and slams it into the trash. Then she proceeds to yell at me for the whole cafe to hear and she's like what milk did you want and I said almond. Then she yells again saying extra Carmel and I said yes. Keep in mind I told the lady that at the beginning that it had no almond milk nor Carmel drizzle. So i wait and then another fellow custumer comes up to me and asks me if they helped me and I said yea thank you. She then asks "was it a blonde white lady who helped you?" and I told her yup. Then she's told me that the white lady was also very rude to her as well
Then the lady comes back without my frappe and she tells the other customer what do you need rudly and the customer told her back I'm waiting for my bon bites and another employee pops her head and said there almost out and the white lady just looked at me and the other customer and goes back to doing my frappe. The customer tells me that I should go get my mom and I said it's fine. Then the white lady comes back and slams my frapp down and just walked away. I felt very uncomfortable but the other customer just told me sorry about that sweetheart have a nice day.
I was just left in shock. I've never have had a rude encounter with a worker at this Starbucks ever. They are always so sweet but this is the first time I've ever seen this lady but she had no reason to act like that. I'm always very polite and I didn't give her...
Read moreI went here at around 11 PM on friday june 6th. When I arrived there was 1 car which appeared to be ordering because the lights inside were on, the menu was on, and the cars window was down. When I pulled up to order, nobody was talking and I could very clearly see 3 young boys laughing talking and ignoring the line in the drive through. I had my window down and was talking to my passenger saying “Are they open?” “Google says 24 hour Starbucks maybe they changed it and haven’t updated their hours.”. After I was talking, I watched them shut off the lights on the menu and said out loud “Omg they just turned off the menu!” then they laughed as one of them turned off all the lights inside. At this point I’m very upset because it’s extremely obvious that they’re just messing with all the customers in line. I drove 25 minutes out of my way to find a 24 hour starbucks but at this point I’m still thinking it must be a mistake. Well when I drive around the building, there’s a HUGE BRIGHT “OPEN 24 HOURS” sign which I guess they forgot to turn off??? I never leave bad reviews but this was so inconsiderate and disrespectful. These employees are getting paid to turn off the lights and ignore customers at night. I’ve never had a bad experience with Starbucks and I am so disappointed that...
Read moreThe lobby is open until 10pm every day and is the best I've seen in California or Arizona. I do online school so my study environment is important and this is the best I've ever had.
Huge amount of seating with all styles you could want, lots of charging ports, great ambient lighting from outside plus they have shutters you're allowed to adjust. Ports along entire bottom of long community table and the other tables near it.
Their service is great and most of them learned my name very quickly. They're very polite and let you stay hours working.
The variety of people there is also so warm and interesting. Teacher meetings, community groups, college student study groups, high school friend groups, and families all roll through.
My only thing is when the high school students show up its super noisy 3:30-5pm and the occasional large gathering as well but beyond that it's a great motivating bustle of a cafe work environment. Wish every Cafe was as cool as this one.
(I'm a former barista and current engineering student so good service and a quality study environment are...
