The first thing you should know is that this is in a food court downtown, not a restaurant. We would never have come here had we known. And probably should have left. This is a place for business people to grab something not out of town people to visit.
Drinks took forever. Was done with my crossiant (which was cold, I had asked for it toasted), also had asked for butter and there was none had to go back and ask for it, my mom's muffin was supposed to be heated, and she had to bring it back up to get reheated. And 2 of our coffee's literally took 30 minutes to come out. We were all done with our food by then. Ridiculous how long the drinks took to make, considering we were the only customers at the time.
On the positive side, the sausage egg and cheese panini was really good. And the bacon egg and cheese bagel was also really good. Because they were both warm and pressed.
