Pueblo Park Mall — Local services in Corpus Christi

Went to eat at the Steak House there. It's a little pricey. Was there for a Birthday party celebration. The side orders of fried pickles had very heavy breading. It was not crisp nor tasty, For $8.99, I expected more than 10 -11 pickles. Didn't finish eating them. My sister had the chicken fried chicken & the batter/coating was also very thick & she didn't eat but maybe half of it. My brother in law ordered the calamari plate & the breading was very thick & seemed to him that it should have been left longer to fry. He took off most of the breading. The cheese sticks were also nothing to write home about. I had the shrimp alfredo, & that was delicious. The salads were also very good, as was the little toasted pieces/croutons with the spread. Too much road repair going on. To get in I had to use back roads to come in from a side road to get in. Once in if you try to get out using the frontage road in front, you are at the mercy of someone letting you out as the frontage road is also part of the repair work. Today that occurred, one person let three of us get onto the frontage road. Another person let me move to the left lane so I could make a left turn at the light...

Our server" she was excellent....Food on the other hand has totally gone to hell. Half my party sent thier food back and the other were so hungry after sitting at the table for 2 1/2 hrs they forced themselves to eat....WOW they used to have really good food. Another sad day in the restaurant business....I won't be going back...
