I came here December 17th, at around 5 something in the evening and nothing went well. The hostess didn't let my father know anything right away. And left him standing unsure at the entrance. At some point my father was told by a gentleman that he can seat our family at a table but there was an elderly lady's walker there. My dad asked if we can sit elsewhere since her walker was there. The man then assures us he can remove the lady's walker. My father then declined because he felt awful that they would even move her belongings. We then waited for the staff to figure out a different table situation. The hostess was completely rude and kept giving us back talk every time we asked for management assistance. Her attitude was hideous. We finally sat down and ordered our appetizers and drinks. We were trying to regain being comfortable at that point. My parents then tell me about the lavender lemonade and express to me that it is a must have. Of course we all at the table ordered one but all non-alcoholic. The lady then brings them out without the inclusions of the lavender flower and citrus which was one of the reasons my parents love the drink. My mom then asked why this was and our server then said it was because they didn't come with the alcohol. But my mom was so excited and had even said earlier that that was why she even recommended them. The appetizers were burnt. The mushrooms were soggy and burnt, the onion flower was burnt and way too salty to eat. The salads were decent but the lettuce was'nt very green or chopped all the way through. The server we had had a terrible attitude and kept blaming other workers instead of taking accountability and making corrections. The restrooms were dirty, unkempt, and moist. My steak was over cooked. My boyfriend's chicken breast had an odor and my fathers steak came seasoned when he asked for it not to be. We asked for A1 sauce and were told it was out. We asked someone else and they brought it out. Nothing went well. So we asked for to go boxes and my father let the manager know about everything that happened and she comped the meal. She apologized and said that this was a family atmosphere. My father still tipped $40 even for being unsatisfied, disrespected, and unheard. I was expecting better for it being my first time there. I'm...
Read moreI've eaten at Outback Steakhouse a number of times, first time for this location.. Party of 4 of us, 3 of the 4 order steaks when we "finally" (not crowded this night) did get table service... Service was very slow, had to ask multiple times for simple things repeatedly, to a point of just saying forget it.. We finally get our ordered food approximately 45 minutes from seated time ( not crowded) .. That part was OK, we were prepared for a wait... Our food arrives, most items seem to be OK, 3 steaks total ordered, 2 medium rare the other 1 medium well.. One of the medium rare was well done( waitress agreed) we usually will accept it if it's close to right , this one wasn't, we very kindly mention it as she is looking at it , waitress kindly says she will correct it with a new one, that is what should be done always , "But" when it goes back and you have 3 other people at the table with their food hot and wanting to eat, it creates tension (uneasy feeling of why and when is it coming back ) .. We assume they know this and will make the issue a priority, this is where I get ticked off, the "Replacement Steak" came about the time the rest of us were finished eating ( Tension Building, very uneasy ) .. This is unacceptable business.. Cooking a replacement steak should have been priority 1 , (it wasn't) , shame on whoever was responsible, including the waitress for not making sure the cook took care of it promptly.. The steaks were good but when you go to a restaurant that commands top dollar for their steak you expect great service and food. I don't know who dropped the ball that night but the manager did come to the table without being asked and took the 1 steak off the ticket.. We went out to relax and enjoy a stress free meal, the tension of slow service coupled with over cooked steak will linger for the 4 of us and probably steer us elsewhere next time we want Steak! I welcome a response from the management! I hate complaining /giving a mediocre review to a restaurant that knows better than to let this type service slip through the cracks. P. S. Our Blooming onion was over cooked and full...
Read moreFood was pretty good, although my steak was overcooked to a medium, NOT the medium-rare that I ordered. Service was very disappointing. Starting with having to wait quite a while after being seated for our server to come and take our drink order. Then we waited a significantly long time to get our drinks. When our food arrived, brought by someone other than our server, my wife's plate had the wrong steak, and the wrong type of potato. This person took it back to the kitchen, and a few minutes later, our server brought the plate back, this time with the right potato, but still not the cut of steak my wife ordered. When I told the server that it was not the type of steak that I ordered for my wife, she looked at her electronic tablet and she said, "Yes, it is what you ordered, a 6oz filet. " I told her no, I ordered an 11 oz center-cut sirloin. She argued with me and said it was what I ordered. I told her politely that I know what I had ordered, and it was not a small 6 oz filet. She than said that if I wanted to refuse it that they would cook a new one for us, but it was going to take a while as they were busy. My wife got upset and said she was hungry and didn't want to wait for another steak, so would keep it. I then asked her for some chives for my baked potato. I waited, and waited, and reminded her 2 more times as she passed by. She said someone from the kitchen would bring it to me, but they were "busy". I never got any. Then, to top it off, when she brought our check, she had not deducted the free appetizer coupon that I had shown here when we ordered it. She sighed and said that she would fix it. We waited another 10-12 minutes for her to bring our...
