They got one star because there was no option for 0. This subway has a drive thru. The screen was not working, so I pressed the button for help. I let the drive thru worker know that I was ready to order. She rudely replied with "you need to touch the screen" I said "I tried, its not working". So then she ignored me while I tried to mess with the screen. I eventually got it to work, but only in Spanish. I wasn't able to add the correct meat to the sub, so I reluctantly pressed the speaker button again. I asked her to add turkey to the order. She said "yup". As I leave a negative review for the Subway on Staples I'm leaving a very positive review for this crew. I take care of my elderly father and work full time so when he doesn't have something to eat and I'm too busy I drive a little farther to this store to grab his 6 inch turkey sandwich and broccoli cheese soup. Sometimes I grab a protein bowl and cookies as well for myself. Not once has this store messed up my order and if they are out of something they let me know. Everytime I go it's a bunch of teens and there are all so nice. Keep up the great work and I will continue to drive out of my way to go to this store. My dad says...
