Normally I would give this location a little bit higher star rating but after today they don’t deserve any stars. I don’t usually come to this location but it happened to be the location I was closest to this location the 3 times I’ve come.
A few weeks ago I came and they left out the main part of my meal. I ordered one of the fiesta bowls or whatever it’s called and a couple other things for my family and everything was their minus the fiesta bowl. I called and spoke to the manager and drove the 15 min back to get it. I had to wait 10 min before the manager came to speak to me. They were busy so I understood.
Today I went in and the lady taking my order through the drive-thru seemed very friendly. I got up to the window and remembered I forgot to add two cheesy fiesta potatoes to my order. When I got up to the window I asked how big of a problem it would be to add them to my order. She said no problem but I could tell she was super annoyed. There was no one in the drive-thru behind me. I don’t know if she was the same person who took my order but the girl at the window was ridiculously ridiculously unfriendly. I struggled to locate my debit card and ended up paying cash. Her impatience was seriously ridiculous. She didn’t ask what sauces I wanted. She just threw in a hot and mild and then shoved the bag at me and didn’t even say have a great day. She should not be in customer service. As someone who has worked in customer service since I was 18, she needs to keep in mind that no matter how annoying she might feel a customer is, that she has a job due to these customers. I was in no way rude to her. I had a kiddo in the back seat distracting me and I misplaced my card. There was no need for her to be rude to me.
I get home and I open my chalupas and there was no meat on them. I order the combo #6, the 2 chalupas with a Taco. I ordered beef supreme and there was no beef. Seriously!? This is the 2nd time I’ve ordered from this location and no beef was added to the item I ordered that clearly was suppose to have meat on it. The very first time I came here I ordered a crunch wrap and there was no meat on it. I again had to drive 15 min to go get it fixed.
I think management really needs to work with their employees better because none of this was okay. I’m done with this location because of how terrible it is. I’ll stick to the Saratoga location. They have the friendly staff and never screw...
Read moreWow! Terrible experience. I ordered a chicken quesadilla meal tonight for dinner, and I was not aware that its not fajita chicken anymore... its shredded chicken in your quesadilla?? If that's the case I would've paid for the upcharge to get fajita chicken. And not only did I get shredded chicken its like they literally gave me 1 scoop of meat in it. I've never experienced that before. And thats my go to meal at any taco bell. In my 26 years of loving taco bell I just can't believe they did that. I also got a cheesy gordita crunch by itself. it was sooooooo soggy as if they pre-made it and were just waiting for someone to order it whenever. I have a room for the night at the Hilton Harden Inn, because I drove down for vacation... so its not like there is a reason why my taco was that soggy, I got the food & went straight to the room which is half a mile away max. I would never recommend this place to anyone. They honestly don't even deserve 1 star... but I have to rate them something in order to post this review for yall. Whoever worked night shift Friday June 19th you should be ashamed of yourself. If you're going to make food like that at your job.. Then just stay home, why even go to work???? Hands down the best "corporate protocols and practices" I've seen regarding touch-less service in response to covid-19. 1 person only handles the cash or card and they retrieve it from a container....that person does not touch your order. Then another employee passes your order in a container... Significantly less chance of cross contamination for both operations. Everyone has gloves and masks....and each time I visit drive thru or dining room....i always see designated employees cleaning. Might not seem to be a big deal for some people....but my wife and I are older and have health concerns....plus we live in an area that's been nationally recognized as a " covid hot spot" This national chain hit the ground running from the VERY START!!!!! again many might see it as not being that big of a deal...
