I ate at this location one night waiting for my work load, and the cashier Ash was very rude, impolite and very demeaning. I thought she might have been having a bad day because she was keeping her head down and I could barely understand her, and as I was ordering my food she was making me feel rushed. I dined in and at the end of my meal I walked to trash can by the door (which I always exit) and I seen a tray that seemed to be covering the trash hole opening, and I assumed kids or someone accidentally covered trash hole, so I moved it to throw out my trash, and that's when I heard Ash yell at me from behind the register. I literally jumped that's how loud she yelled at me in front of customers. Very demeaning nature. I politely walked up to her and told her do not yell at me and that it was very rude and not nice. She does not apologize, and just shrugs her shoulders like oh well. I walk out and decide to walk back in to ask her name, and I see Ash very friendly and all smiles and laughing with another set of customers. At this point I realized something was totally off with our encounter. She must have been watching me really hard to see when i was throwing away my food and where. It was only 8pm at this point not sure why trash holes were covered. Horrible...
Read morePulled up to drive thru to retrieve our online order. The guy on the mic informs us that their soda machine was down and they couldn't make drinks. My bf tells him that we have an online order. He said he sorry, he don't know what to tell us but to call the app to get it fixed. This escalated quickly as we are being told they can't make our food because they can't make our drinks and they are not gonna provide a refund. We spent a good bit as we are a family of 8. When I say escalates, I mean, the guy on the mic literally came around front to run up on us to fight, but I got a family and a life to go home to. I called the police. We got our refund, our food, and an experience that will lead to us never coming back. Walked back to the counter to let them know but apparently it takes a while to redo the order so my fries get cold.
