Ordered delivery for dinner. The driver marked the order delivered 10 minutes before it was actually delivered. I called to check if it had been delivered to a wrong address and was put on hold, phone on the counter, but the driver showed up so I let a a worker know it was delivered. Then half the order was wrong and I called to get it fixed and was told wait while someone put the phone on the counter for 15min. Hung up and called back to speak with the manager and that took another 12 minutes and all he offered was to replace the wrong items. Didn't offer a discount or anything for their mess up.
