I am tired of the repeated closure of Crowbar on hot days by upper management. It isn't pleasant to sit upstairs on the hottest part of the roof. Their refusal to open downstairs on some of the hottest days of the year for the safety of their staff and guests is more than just an inconvenience; it's dangerous. It also makes no sense, as they miss out on repeat customers who end up leaving because it's too hot. Customers do not always want to sit outside or where it's hot. It's also unfair to customers with disabilities who cannot access the rooftop. While upper management insists on opening the rooftop later in the day, they're still missing out on regular happy hour customers who used to enjoy the Crowbar. It's very sad. Both are gone now and i hardly ever go anymore. Tonight I tried again after 6 months and it was terrible. Super nice guy, no bartender skills. Heavy pour, but something I could easily mix at home.
