Panda Express — Restaurant in Corvallis

Food quality and price are okay, but the service and line process are horrible. I had previously been going here a fair amount, but i would not recommend it to others.

Recently, I went here when there was only a line of less than five customers. I had to wait for noodles to come out, and was told I would be called when my order was filled. The noodles came, my plate sat there, and customer after customer for almost five minutes was served ahead of me as I stood waiting. I left. I never got my food. The staff here seems grumpy most of the time and I rarely get a smile or any kind of customer service personality.

I credit all this to poor management and training. I would not work here eat here or invest in Panda Express. I went to their main website to make a complaint and it seemed to be written in a different language perhaps and then 'google translated' to English. There was no easy way to submit a complaint without giving them my mailing address. There is too much competition for me to support this type of...

As a rule, I enjoy Panda Express, but this one is sub-par. They are consistently out of many items (it's a 10 minute wait on teriyaki chicken or a 5 minute wait on rangoons/spring rolls), regardless of time of day. When they're not out of something, then there's a good chance whatever's ready has been sitting there for too long. I sometimes get Chinese food from Safeway, not because the food is better but just because I know it will be ready and fresh. Parking at this location sucks. I went in asked for a bowl of chow mein i said it loud enough for them to hear me had me repeat my order then asked if I wanted a bag seeing i was carrying my toddler in my arms i said yes. Went to check out and asked where the bag was they rudely said you didn't want one. In a very rude and snippy manner. I let them know yes i did ask for one. People like that should not be allowed to work in customer service or the general public keep your lousy attitude at home or find a job where you don't work with the general...
