My family visited the Corvallis location on 7/26/2022 for a late lunch. While placing our order with a young lady behind the counter, she became extremely rude and impatient while writing down the order. She would not even let me finish ordering two sandwiches for my kids before rudely saying, “Anything else?” I then tried to order myself a sandwich and when I changed what size I wanted, she ripped up the paper slip and would not even make eye contact with me before saying again, “Anything else?” I calmly walked away while my husband and daughter ordered. She then became snappy, short and dismissive towards my husband. She wouldn’t even let my husband finish ordering his sandwich and told him to just wait down by the counter. There was no one in line behind us either - so really there was no reason for her to behave like this towards us. We did not react towards her despite her unprofessionalism and lack of customer service. When I looked over at the other two employees standing by the veggie section, they gave me a “Sorry” look. I’ve only eaten here a handful of times and I’m not super familiar with the menu and we were ordering 7 sandwiches. I’m completely blown away by how horrible her service was and asked a worker on our way out what her name was. He said her name was Annalise, and she was the manager. I was absolutely shocked!! I know we all have bad days, but it’s your job to provide a customer with excellent service so that they return. You should never make a customer feel the way she made my entire family feel. Wasnt sure how to order and didnt want ranch on my sandwhich as i was standing in line i told the gentelman that i didnt want ranch and they told me they had already put it on my sandwhich i explained im on my lunch break from work and wasnt gonna eat it right now and they just told me next time to tell them ahead of time. I had never been in so i just felt for a sandwhich that was well over 20 dollars for just my self that switching out the bread for a new customer to enjoy his meal later on with out it being soggy wasnt to much to ask. Everyone was really nice but in the long run i left with a 20 dollar sandwhich made that i unfortunately wasnt able to enjoy it due to it being so soggy and not cut. I would love for your "gm" to reach out, as that's not who I spoke with. I asked to speak to that person and was hung up on by a child, who claimed to be running that store. What manager does that? Called because my sandwiches were wrong that were delivered. Had to call 3 times before they even answered. Asked for the manager, she claimed she was. Asked how she can help me... I'll even bring them back. She was rude, told me she couldn't help me, wasn't her problem. It's door dashes. Door dash didn't make them. She continued to hang up on me multiple times.
