Several shops we visited during the day recommended The Warehouse as "the" best restaurant in Coshocton. If true, the Coshocton restaurant scene is in bad shape. This is a bar serving bar food in a rough casual format. To their credit, although they were crowded, our food came so fast that we're barely touched our appetizers when the main courses came out. The single server covering maybe 15 booths and tables couldn't keep up. Request for condiments went unanswered. Food was served on paper covered metal trays, kind of like a prison or elementary school. And all from the best place in town. Note the "legendary" Warehouse onion rings are tin cut to the point that frying reduces the onion content to dried tasteless fried breading. What a disappointment. If circumstance bring us back to Coshocton, we won't be dining at The Warehouse again.

Luckily we saw a sign from the highway that said something about Onion Rings. We were on the hunt for the hidden gem restaurant and we found it! Sitting in the most charming little village is Warehouse. We sat on the Patio which is about a charming little area as you could ever want to sit, relax and have food and drink. At first I was disappointed. They have several bbq offerings but we’re out of pulled pork. That pushed me towards the melt club sandwich which was delicious! The fries are amazing as well. My wife ordered the fish and chips and we thought they were excellent as well. Such great tasting fresh food. Highly recommend and will be back. Lots of adorable little shops nearby. Sweets and ice cream nearby as well.

Lunch on a Sunday at 2pm. Service was more than slow, it was frustrating and ready to turn around and leave. The lunch rush was finishing up but only two servers and they did not appear to be in any hurry. After 10 minute wait, we was finally greeted and waved over to a table. After drink order was taken the waitress was too busy cleaning and clearing off all the other tables. I understand if people are waiting to be seated, but there wasn’t. Another 15 minutes and finally she returned to take our order. Placed easy quick order from their “fall special” menu and she returns to say no we can’t make that, but didn’t bring menu back to make another selection. For $30 a person for lunch we just had higher expectations.

Really subpar food for the cost. May have been an odd night for them, as we've usually had a decent experience dining there. This time around will make it hard for us to give the place another chance as this seemed to be normal for them. There were quite a bit of people, mostly at the bar and only two women on the floor which I know can get super hectic. However, the food was just terrible; we ordered some rib eyes with sides, side salads etc.. The onion rings were mostly batter with no onions and someone decided to salt these things into a mini stroke on a plate. If we had not been nearly starving they would have been returned immediately. The side salads were abysmal!!! I've received a more nutritious salad from fast food joints... who uses iceberg lettuce and ONLY (brown) iceberg lettuce anymore on salad?! It's like eating water, I received the wrong dressing and when i did receive a vinaigrette it was a clumpy mess that was more sweet and sour than any vinaigrette I've had. Our steaks were alright, they were both cooked to the right temps, but nowhere near the price we paid for a "rare river" (what??) ribeye and was extremely chewy. They also garnished my steak with baby butter lettuce, which is odd at the least. Put that in my SALAD next time and garnish your dishes with parsley, it has more than a decorative use!!! Most of my $25 steak went home to the dog, he enjoyed it.

I honestly feel bad about leaving this review as we made no complaint about the quality of the food when we were there. But, as I'm typing this I know any chef/cook would have known better to send that out and any waitress would have known to not take it out. It sucks because we really do enjoy the place, atmosphere is laid back and staff is...

Myself, my husband, our 9 year old granddaughter, my sister and her 9 year old daughter planned a short 3 day trip out of town to celebrate my husbands birthday, and I happened upon Roscoe Village. It was only a 2 1/2 hour drive and had plenty to do, so I searched for good restaurants in the area and The Warehouse Restaurant came up. We got there at 4:30 Thu afternoon and there was hardly no one there. We were approached right away and asked if we cared to sit on the 1st floor, and we said no, but was shocked that the 1st floor was actually downstairs in the basement...lol. We didn't mind though and the only other people down there was one couple. Our server came immediately and asked for our drink order, and recommended the wine slushy...which my sister got and it was amazing as was my margarita! She told us that appetizers were half price, so we got the amazing onion rings and pretzel bites and my sister got the chips and spinach artichoke dip. And let me tell you, they were the biggest appetizers we've ever had...the pretzel bites had at least 35 in the order! I had the most amazing half slab of ribs I've ever eaten with 2 sides, my husband had the pulled pork sandwich and a side and our granddaughter had a cheeseburger and a side. With the 2 appetizers, 3 meals, 2 pops and the margarita, our bill was only $65! And our server was great, very attentive and friendly. I wish we didn't live 2 1/2 hours away so we...

My wife and I stopped in while at a car show, saw a thing on Facebook that said they were one of the best steaks in Ohio... WRONG!

We were warned about the hour wait for food before we were seated (no wait for a table). The hostess offered drinks but didn't know the drafts and the waitress eventually found her way over. We were given an extensive list of what they were sold out of (by 1pm, they open at 11). We made our selection and I ordered a beer. About 10 min later I had to ask for my beer again, and finally received it.

Our food comes sooner than expected in about 40 min. My burger was small even for a ¼lb and the toppings were miniscule (Mac and cheese burger) my wife's steak (med well sirloin, she's pregnant) tasted like a whopper patty at beast and could have been worn as a boot sole, it was so dry that she had to put the only sauce available on it to get it down (ketchup). Her baked potato had zero seasoning though was properly cooked. The only thing we were served that tasted good was the sweet potato fries (wanted onion rings but they can't be a side).

The server came around as seldom as possible, we had the smallest table on the place and spent half the meal working around my wife's salad plate because it wasn't being picked up.

Every Applebee's steak I've had has been better than this $25 8oz sirloin with bad service... I couldn't do less...
