Update of my review: Thank you for the apology along with a way to refund the overage charge on my drink. I respect this business and service for doing so. I adjust my review and will give this business another visit. We loved the village. 😊 I ordered a chai In the sky drink that was on their board for a 20 ounce for $5.50. When I got my bill I was charged $7.50. The sign stated ask me about sweetness for your drink. So I did ask the lady what that meant and what type of child it was etc. She said nothing about any extra cost or overages. But I was charged $7.50 for something that was supposed to be $5.50. I. attempted to speak to this lady about this charge and she dismissed me and started speaking to another lady in the coffee shop about her styling colors of her clothing. She just ignored me. I wrote back to the store location regarding this disappointing news and chalked it up to false advertising however, I have not heard back from anyone!!! The ladies name was Jennifer. We will not go back. This is not the way that you do business! As one can clearly see by their sign a 20 ounce beverage was $5.50. I would be willing change my review if the store contacts me with a refund For the extra two dollars I was charged on the drink! Unbelievable. I’m from out of town and was visiting Roscoe Village and you want me to come back in to ask for the refunded amount. You could refund my cc that I used to pay for the overpriced drink. Thanks

This is the cutest place! The food is delicious. We enjoyed breakfast so much, that we decided to also try some dinner there later. The frittata (10/10) with rye toast is so good! My husband enjoyed the loaded biscuits and gravy. Then for dinner, we started with the bruschetta (10/10) and followed it with a loaded spud (candied bacon for the win) and a French dip sandwich. We will be traveling back, even if just to dine here again!

This place in roscoe has great potential but needs a little tweaking. I have at least 5 times to get just a regular cup of coffee nothing special and I am always hit with questions about how I want my creamšŸ¤”it's just plain cream. And it takes a long time to get a cup. And I bought a blackberry mini pie and it was molded. Didn't notice till I got home

We were there midweek for lunch. Son had a French dip sandwich. It was good, but small and didn't come with a side. Too expensive for what it was Husband and I had the Bear salad. It was a modest size. The bread that came with it was a low quality sourdough. It was just sliced sandwich bread! Again, very expensive for what it was. It was also served with a plastic fork on paper plates. The fork wasn't sturdy enough for the salad. The country music was a bit too loud for...

This place is a must visit as you will be back often! Has a great vibe from the second you walk through the door with a lot of cool history within the building/space and is very well decorated. Lots of little specialty things to look at, and you can purchase unique gifts or wine as well. The staff is all very friendly and the food and drinks are yummy! Come support this great establishment in Roscoe! Really enjoyed the coffee bar and desserts as well!! We will be...
