Bristol Palms Bar, Bistro and Pizza Bar — Restaurant in Costa Mesa

Not only did it take 45 minutes for the food to be placed on the table from the time we ordered (with no one else at the restaurant) but what was brought wasn’t very good.

I ordered a burger because I figured it was a safe bet and the server recommended that over the Cuban sandwich. I ordered it medium and it was well beyond that. It was dry and had no flavor. The bagged fries were really good though.

My mom and oldest shared a pizza. We could hardly believe it looked like a frozen pizza tossed in a brick oven... not very tasty but when you’re hungry you just eat.

My youngest wasn’t feeling well so we got her the salmon. It was ok but a little over cooked and dry. Not very flavorful. It was served with steamed white rice as asparagus. I was going for something bland as not to upset her tummy and I got what I was aiming for.

All in all, we would have been better off running to a nearby fast food joint. We were tired and just wanted something quick and tasty and assumed the hotel restaurant would be a safe bet. Definitely won’t be eating...

Very good food and conveniently located inside the Hilton of Costa Mesa if you have a ride or not it’s the place to go and don’t have to leave the comfort of the Hilton everything I’ve had here is Really good and the prices aren’t terrible will be dining here again next time in the area all of the staff were really attentive and very polite and were ahead of you on the refills overall even if your not at the Hilton it’s still worth...

I was Absolutely impressed by the tasty food here. I went with the fish tacos and the crab cake. I must say one of the best crab cakes I’ve ever had, and the fish tacos were great too. Also the price is very reasonable. Stayed for the night and what a convenient restaurant. Exited to stay again and most certainly try more...
