Omg, where do I start???

My grandfather who is a hard man to please when it comes to meatball sandwiches said he would eat it a million times over. My mom LOVED her sausage and peppers sandwich. There were 7 of us in total, everyone loved what they got. The antipasto and Cesar salads were AMAZING, and their fresh homemade dressings were the best!!! We will definitely be going back!!!

And thank you to wonderful woman at the counter. Exceptional customer service and cheery attitude even when having trouble with POS system. We had a gift card given to us after losing our wife, mom, grandmother in 2016, we just got around to using it. And...

I had an invite at Maggiano's Little Italy. My experience was pleasant except I was expecting Little Italy to be more of an Italian Piazza or an experience of a restaurant more than a family diner.

The crepes were a bit edgy I didn't care for them much for the breakfast but I loved the fruits and desserts including the creme brulee.

Next time I'll check out the bar and 🍹🍸 cocktails. It's a good spot if you're going shopping at the mall because the mall has one small Cafe restaurant and a Starbucks.

I walk in to this establishment and i'm in the middle of ordering food to go (older lady taking my order) when a couple walk in behind me. The older lady taking my order doesnt even say to me, one moment please. Completely shuts me out and interupts me in the middle of my order to help the couple behind me. This older lady had a rude look on her face and after i completed my order she takes my money, gives me back my change and doesn't say thank you or have a good night. I would rate this dump 0 stars for customer service if i could! You won't see me coming back to this...
