I stopped in approximately 30 minutes ago (8:35AM), and it took more than 2 minutes before I was greeted. There were 3 ladies working and none of them acknowledged me. One associate walked right up to me and got a drink of water and then walked off. I live down the street from this place and I've always thought about stopping by, but I don't think I will ever visit here again unless I'm starving. After I got home and unwrapped my food, I noticed that my croissant sausage sandwiches were ham and egg breakfast sandwiches. I dislike ham so I am pissed off now. Ya know it's one thing to get an order wrong, no one is perfect, but after the way I was treated (ignored), I'm writing this piece because of that feeling. I worked in the restaurant industry for 12 years so I have compassion for those who work in the industry but these three ladies that were working were saying hi to everyone else in the restaurant but me, and I was the only one standing in line. They were speaking Spanish to each other and customers. It's not the Spanish speaking but the ignoring of a customer that really irked me. Just treat customers like you would want to be treated. I threw away my receipt when I left and I wished I would of kept it so I could give them my opinion on the survey that is offered. I heard on the news recently about fast food workers wanting 15 dollars an hour. Get real! Read moreHorrible customer service at the order box, got interrupted during my order which the lady got wrong 4 times, to tell me she would see me at the window even though I wasn't done ordering. She then ignored me for a solid minute while I waited to continue ordering. When my patience ran out and I drove away from the speaker I heard her immediately greet the next car in line. When I made it to the window I was met with an open air of disdain and irritation. When the second lady read the first part of my order I said yes but I wasn't done ordering and she scoffed and said "im not the one who took your order" (in pretty sure it doesn't matter who took the order since she was the MANAGER and should have rectified the situation with a better attitude instead of shrugging it off) after I told her the second part of our order I had to re speak my whole order because she erased the first part. Read moreIt seems for about the past week to week n a half just about every morning that my husband and I go to get breakfast on our way to work, between the hours of 3:30am-5am,either NO ONE IS ANSWERING DRIVE THRU or we are told by a female employee that the SYSTEM IS DOWN AND SHE CANT TAKE OUR ORDER!!!!! She must be the manager and she doesn't schedule any other employees during those hours so that she can meet her numbers to make bonus. If this Jack n box wasn't so convenient with the gas and store, I wouldn't go there and I'd probably tell everyone about my experience lately.
