Arby's — Restaurant in Cottage Grove

Can get busy at peak hours, but still gets the order out reasonably quick. The other local fast food joints have really taken a dive, so I decided to give Arby's another go. Honestly, not a big curly fries fan. Never have been. However, they nail it on the sandwiches! The classic roast beef is the bomb, but it's the other offerings that really shine! The fish, when available, is the best in town. Turkey is great! Reuben is amazing! Most recently had the 5 Meat Mega Stack. I thought I was hungry. I thought it would be no big deal. I was wrong. I'm not sure what has happened in the last three months, over the last several weeks the service has gone from five stars to two, this is based on several visits with this being the absolute worst....the employees were not nearly as friendly, irritated with our requests, there was no mayo on my chicken, didn't get the sauces we requested and we had no napkins.....guess we can check Arby's off our list for a while! I wish I had known about the "photo" option! I could have taken a photo of all the hair in My Meat Mountain! I sat in the pking lot eating My curly fries and started on the Meat Mountian, and as It was falling apart because of ALL the meat on this sandwich, I noticed that on one of the chicken tenders that I haven't eaten yet had ruffly a 1/2 dozen DARK HAIRS ALL OVER THE CHICKEN TENDER!!!!! Thank God they weren't dark CURLY HAIRS!!!!
