Hy-Vee Pharmacy — Local services in Cottage Grove

I recently switched to the Hy-Vee pharmacy in Oakdale because it’s closer to my home in Woodbury and they supposedly deliver. Due to health issues I can’t always make that drive to the Cottage Grove Pharmacy. However, I’m thinking that I might need to switch Cottage Grove Hy-Vee pharmacy because I find the people there are a whole lot nicer and efficient with my medication refills. My encounters with the Oakdale Hy-Vee pharmacy staff is that the majority of them have been a bit rude abrupt when I call in for a refill I don’t get the medication’s. I need refilling not necessarily due to the fact that I’m out of refills.

I am a healthcare professional, so I give and leeway but it’s absolutely ridiculous. If you hate your job working with the public and it’s that bad, then go do a job where you don’t have to be...

Absolutely love going here!!! Every single person here is extremely helpful. I call almost every day due to needing several prescriptions for my whole family. They are always so patient and helpful with me. As I said , everyone there is really nice, but especially pharmacists Nick, Dan, and Candy . And Crystal is also so sweet and remembers my date of birth and even my babies. They make it so easy to pick up and fill prescriptions. I didn't want to write this review because this pharmacy has been a quietly kept secret for quite a while. I have been using Hy-vee Pharmacy since they opened as I had been having a lot of issues at the local big W across the street. I received somebody else's medication, improper amounts of medication, and the wrong dose within a short time at that pharmacy. Hy-vee I never have a problem and if there is a problem such as not having one of the strange medications I take, they simply order it and have it the next morning.
