Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in Cottleville

We usually LOVE Freddy’s but this was the first time visiting this location. The food was far from acceptable. The onion rings were either cooked to a crisp or so stuck together they were all gooey and slimy. The onion rings were all stuck in a clump ranging from extreme crispy to gooey. It’s like they over filled the fry basket trying to squeeze 2 large orders of onion rings in one basket. My daughter was actually gagging on the slimy gooey onion rings that were all stuck together in a frisbee looking thing. The crunchy ones stabbed the roof of your mouth so bad you could not eat them. There was so much grease and seasoning on the sandwich boxes, onion ring bags, and fry boxes that if they touched your clothing you would get a grease stain. We had to use every napkin in the bag trying to wipe the grease off in order to try to eat the subpar food. I finally gave up on my sandwich because they had plopped so much mayo on it that it was sliding all over the place. My sister’s burger barely had any sauce on it at all. Complete waste of $40.00. 1st off let me say if you work at a place that is known for their ice cream be prepared to make ice cream without an attitude or go to McDonald's so you can say the ice cream machineis down, the lady on the headset was very rude and everytime I said anything she would ask me If that's all I'm ordering the whole order was 2 ice creams 1 mini brownie delight concrete add carmel and 1 regular brownie delight sunday add Carmel and when I pulled up I waited for about 5 minutes before someone at the window came and talked to me and when they did come to the window she was rude and didn't say anything to me but my total, and finally I'm not sure if this is how the Sunday comes but there was almost no whipped cream and a smashed cherry and I didn't even get carmel and the fudge that was supposed to come on it was all on one side on the wall of the cup and the BROWNIE delight concrete didnt have a single bit of brownie in it nor did it have carmel it was a waste of time and money I won't be coming back and I will recommend people to stray away from...

We went through the drive thru and ordered two custard. We were given a free custard card because of the terrible service and quality at another Freddy’s. We tried a different Freddy’s closer to our place and sure enough they disappoint us even more. They forgot about our ice cream and it was melted. We waited 15-20 minutes for it and the person gave it to us and made a comment that made us think maybe he forgot about it and sure enough he did because when I got mine it was melted. Not slightly melted but almost like a milk shake. Concretes are suppose to be flipped over and not fall out. I’m sure if they did that to this it would have spilled all over. I called the manager and he assured us they would work with the staff and then took our address to send us meal and custard cards only to not do it.
