They have horrible service. I made an order. I have a family of nine so anytime I come there I place a pretty large order and most times the tailgate and I get 15 toast on the side and two large pans and the tailgate. I always ask for extra crispy so the last two times they have forgotten some out the day which is either the toast or the fries one time I came and they gave me a small box of fries, but charge me for a large pan of fries. One time I came there. The pan of fries were cold Every time they never give extra crispy tenders so I called him and I asked him to look up my receipt so that they can go over my order and I told him what I was missing the manager Alex told me you didn’t check your bag before you left and I told him that I was distracted by my two-year-old so I didn’t have time to check it, but they should have checked it before they pass it out the window. He said well he didn’t have time to check it before it went out the window because he’s busy the manager Alex is horrible. He talks to you like you are scum on the Earth. He gets smart like he doesn’t need customers to make the company run sufficient so he looked in the book and asked me I see there’s a someone else in my book with the last same last name are you any relation and before I could answer, he said it’s a gentlemanā€˜s name , so I’m sure you guys are related me and the gentleman or whatever the name is have no relation of any sort. I don’t even know what their name is, but regardless of the fact, there’s no reason why my order shouldn’t have been corrected so he told me you can drive back and get the bread and I’ll throw you in a couple extra sauces for your inconvenience. I told him me wasting gas was not equivalent to the price of sauce so, after getting off the phone with him, I decided to set all the food out for my children equally because they will start fighting most of the times about who ate more than the next person and being that it was late I didn’t wanna hear all that laugh out loud so as I disperse the food, I noticed that there was not enough tenders so when I counted the tenders They were missing nine tenders. I called back to tell them that I was missing food and they say well, not they Alex said there is no way we forgot that so you’re telling me we forgot your bread and we left out nine and I said well honestly to tell you the truth I don’t think this is your first time shorting me on Tinder being that is such a large order my kids always say that it wasn’t enough to be disperse equally and I always tell them that that’s not possible and I always accuse one of them would probably just eating more than the other one, but if you don’t count your tenders with the large orders, it shows that they will Sometimes short you so I told Alex that this was unacceptableand that there should not always be a discrepancy when you get a large order he told me he didn’t care and if I had any other concerns that I needed to call and leave a review with The website. I asked him is that what you really want me to do when it could be a easy fix and you don’t have to talk to me like that. He told me he didn’t care. It was too late for him to be bothered with any of these concerns so he told me I gave you your options and he hung up the phone. There’s no way Alex should be the face of someone’s company as a manager, or even an employee with the tone in the disrespect and the poor customer service and example of him teaching his team I will never visit that location again I asked for a refund and he told me I had to talk to the manager, Stephanie, and that he was not going to approve it himself . He makes me feel that he is prejudice and he shows discrimination because I’ve seen other ethnicities come in and have a problem with their order and he’s ok about fixing it. And to say that just because someone has the same last name as myself that we are related without giving me the opportunity to respond is it definitely...

Raising Canes uses only fresh, never frozen, chicken tenderloins. Not "strips", not "breast filets", tenderloins. Only two of those are present on any given chicken. All of the potatoes they use for their freshly cut fries are locally sourced. Also, never, ever frozen. Their Texas toast is thick-sliced, applied with their house garlic butter blend, then grill-fried to order. Always with a thin, crispy outside layer and a fluffy satisfying center. Todd Graves, CEO, started by working himself to the very limit, saving money as a fisherman, and a boilermaker. All in order to provide the people with what they want. What they deserve. Quality chicken tender meals at an extraordinary value. I have eaten and reviewed literally over three hundred, at least, chicken tender meals from restaurants and hole-in-the-wall establishments from all around our great country. At the end of the day Raising Canes is up there with the best. They are consistent. They are kind. They are professional. This is the Mecca for any chicken enthusiast. Anyone saying this chicken is not first rate, top quality, is horribly mistaken. These are the people who think the best chicken around is from your local grocery store, sold by the pound. Don't make me laugh. This isn’t fast food. This is quality food fast....

Before going into the real bad things, I want to say that Raisin Cane's has some of the best chicken fingers. Now the REAL BAD! I went to eat dinner this last Friday night and I kept hearing screams and super loud laughters from teenagers that were very abnoxious and disrespectful with their loudness. This is a restaurant, NOT a teenager party, and Raisin Canes is the one to blame for it because they do not enforce good behaviour and let their teenage customers act however they want inside their store! This is bad! When I got my food, I got a cold toast, so I politely went to the cashier and asked if I could please get a warm toast and the employee was kind and did not object, but as soon as I got to my seat, two teenagers started calling me a food scammer! I could not believe the lack of respect that I was getting for no reason whatsoever, but I stayed quiet and ate my meal. As I kept eating my meal their other friends kept looking at me and it made me feel very uneasy. I will not dine in there until Raisin Canes addresses the issue. Do yourself a favor and go drive thru at...

What an amazing experience from a place that I already love to eat at! We regularly go to Cane’s but on this visit the employees went even more above & beyond than normal. It was my son’s bday so he decided out of anywhere he could of ate at, he wanted Cane’s (I can’t blame him either šŸ˜‹). After eating our meal the employee approached us asking if he may take our empty trays. Then he followed up by asking if we enjoyed our meal. We replied with, yes, my son loves Cane’s and wanted to eat his bday dinner here. After taking our trays we were finishing our drinks before leaving and by surprise, the employees came up singing Happy Bday to my son then gave him a Cane’s t-shirt. THIS MADE MY SON’S DAY! Thank you for such an awesome experience, as they are rare to come by at any restaurant or daily outing. WE APPRECIATE YOU!

Great food and speedy service- 2 years ago! TODAY- we went to this Canes location, I decided to try the 3 finger sandwich meal. The difference in getting the sandwich vs finger meals. The fingers are typical made fresh. The sandwiches..NOT SO MUCH! The chicken wasn't crunchy (from sitting on the bun in their special sauce) until someone like myself decides to buy it. šŸ¤¦šŸ½ā€ā™€ļøšŸ¤·šŸ¾ā€ā™€ļøThe chicken was NOT fresh and the lettuce was wilted!! I guess things change...I went down 3 starts from 2 years ago.
