Terrible service and mediocre cheesesteaks. This is one of the most incompetent establishments I've ever had the displeasure of ordering from. They cannot be trusted to get even the simplest order correct. This has happened twice in 6 months. Tonight I ordered four cheesesteaks over the phone, with very simple instructions, and they messed it up and ruined our dinner. Two of the sandwiches were to be no peppers, just fried onions. What did I receive? Peppers and no onions! Exactly opposite of what I ordered. I called them immediately and told them what they had done. I got a shift lead, Steven, who was barely apologetic, and made excuses for his people. It was just a mistake, he said. A mistake that ruined our dinner for the two people who can't eat peppers! And how hard is it to get a simple order correct? The kid on the phone even repeated back to me what I wanted when I ordered them! And then totally screwed it up. But it was just a mistake, says shift lead Steven. No big deal. I asked what he planned to do about it, and at least he offered to make new ones (making our dinner even later, so no), or free replacements, which I will take advantage of. But I won't trust what I get until I open the sandwich and see for myself. Incompetence plus a poor customer service attitude means this is the last time I will eat there. I also plan to notify the franchise owner. The quality of the cheeseseaks has plummeted over the past year. The roll is terrible, the meat overcooked, very little cheese, there's just a who cares attitude...

Whenever I plan to go to a new place for food, I’ll always read prior reviews to both determine what to expect, and if I should even order in general from the chosen location. I chose to order from this Jersey Mike’s, hoping I’d be able to see the work ethic and quality of character that I had read from the reviews. As I read the recent reviews, I found one highlighting an individual named “Makoa.” I myself was lucky enough to be assisted by this young man. I visited on Wednesday, the 17th of September. (2025.) Makoa was both charming and efficient. I ordered the Chipotle Cheese Steak, and made several adjustments, including omitting the sweet peppers, and adding banana peppers. It was quite delicious! Makoa was very crisp and intentional with his cooking, and finished in a timely manner. He then smiled and chatted with me as he was ringing me up. I never felt rushed, or like he just wanted me to take my darn sandwich and leave! I was very impressed with his humility. I commended his quality, to which he responded by deferring to his management team, including the current manager on duty, an equally effective and darling girl named Brin. I initially planned to eat at home, but due to the welcoming and pleasant experience provided by Makoa and Brin, I sat down and ate in-store. My wife and I have been to this Jersey Mike's numerous times and have never been disappointed until today (8/26/2024). I ordered a Big oKahuna on rosemary parmesan bread and my wife ordered a turkey provolone on rosemary parmesan with no jalapeños or onions and requested banana peppers instead. We took our sandwiches home and found that both were on regular white instead of rosemary parmesan. My wife's sandwich had jalapeños that she specifically requested (three times) that she did not want and the bun was dry and stale. She had to take the jalapeños off and used some banana peppers that we had at home. We have always enjoyed the sandwiches from Jersey Mike's but not today. Update: We went to this same Jersey Mikes at Brighton Point and ordered two sandwiches (Big Kahuna and a Philly Steak) We ordered Rosemary Parmesan bread for both sandwiches and when we got home we discovered the where both made with regular white. This is the second time this has happened. Above is the first time. I told the person behind the counter three times to make sure that both sandwiched were made on the Rosemary Parmesan bread. I do not see how it is unreasonable to request a type of bread when all choice are on the menu. This last order occurred on 11/11/2024 at 5:00 pm.
