I love this place. Before I was introduced I always thought it was a Ramen place. Glad I found out otherwise. I am frustrated that any restaurant will be defeated by supply issues. No toasted garlic bread? With Italian food? Serious? Way lame. Way, way lame. Still, the food on their menu is tops. Delish and fresh. My son introduced me, ordering for me, and he nailed exactly what I love. I really like their Tortellini Rosa w/ Parmesan crusted chicken. (I don't need the bread . . . But I want it!)🥖🍝 (Filet pic is a qualifier of my opinion . . . I cook. I cook well and am always complimented on the meals I prepare . . . So, IF I say the food is good somewhere, you can trust my opinion and expect to be delighted when eating somewhere I "endorse".)

I hadn't been here in a few years due to dietary restrictions, but decided to give them another try. I won't be going back--not to this location anyway. I ordered just mac and cheese. They weren't super busy, but I had to wait 10+ minutes. There were other people there longer than I was. And the mac and cheese was a joke. Very little cheese and it was just thrown on top. It hadn't melted away all when I opened it. Overall, a huge disappointment. UPDATE: The manager was very nice and gave me a refund, which I appreciate. But I still won't be back any time soon.

Noodles & company has just steadily gone downhill and it's a shame, used to love eating here. This was my second attempt ordering from this location since I live down the street but I won't be back after this. It was terrible both times. Japanese pan noodles had MAYBE one tiny spoonful of sauce. Got the parmesan crusted chicken instead of the regular grilled I asked for and it was extremely dry. I hate that I paid for such low quality food.

STAY AWAY! First off, the site said my food was ready came in to pick up and it wasn't ready, had to wait 20 minutes. The workers seem nice but not educated in food preparation and customer service. Had to go up 3x to ask about the status on my food and when it was ready, it sat upfront for a few minutes, while the people sitting near us had their food brought to them at their table. They couldn't even be bothered to call my name even after approaching them twice about my food and telling them my name both times. I got the Cesar salad, Buffalo Chicken Mac and cheese, spaghetti and meatballs, and the garlic bread to try things out here. At first sight the food looked delicious and warm and salad cold. But upon eating the salad, the dressing is salty and the chicken overly processed(frozen) it looked more like cubed up ham but the lettuce was fresh and crunchy. The garlic bread was warm but very salty because of the burned cheese. The marinara that came with the garlic bread came with looks like watered down salsa and just tasted like raw tomato. The buffalo Mac and cheese is literally just mushy elbow macaroni with processed breaded chicken and shredded cheese on top and green onion thrown in. It got cold because of the shredded cheese and it was not satisfying in the slightest. As for the spaghetti and meatballs, the noodles were mushy, sauce was the same as earlier, and the meatballs were obviously frozen and...

I've had issues with my orders not being correct so many times, which is unacceptable when I'm ordering online or through the app. The last time they didn't put noodles in either of the chicken noodle soups, they made my dish with penne instead of the cauliflower noodles, they left in the onions and spinach I said to remove, and they didn't put the steak in the mushroom stroganoff. I tried calling the store, but as usual I couldn't get a live person and had to leave a voicemail that they never responded to. Not that talking to them helps. I've had them say they were going to mail me a coupon for a free entree at least 4 times, which I have never received. And at least 5 or 6 times I've had them take my name down and say they'll give me an entree next time I come in, but then when I come in they say it's written in the back and they can't get in without the manager being there, or they just flat out say they don't see my name anywhere. I guess my advice is; never leave the store with your order without taking out of the bag and looking through everything, because they will never rectify...

Every time I order from here they either get part of the order wrong or part of it is missing. Today I experienced the worst customer service. I went in to pick up my food and there were no customers or employees at the counter. I heard some talking in the back and tried to get someone’s attention for about 2 minutes. A younger couple came in and a girl came from behind the counter and gave me the dirtiest look and proceeded to help the people who had just walked in. I spoke up and said I was there first and just needed to pick up my food and the employee gave me the biggest smirk, ignored what I said and continued to help the couple. After she was done she said in the most condescending tone, “how can I help you?” I told her I was there for a while and she was rude and ignored me and was very unprofessional and all she did was grab my bag of food and give it to me. Didn’t even offer an apology, just shrugged her shoulders and said “I didn’t see you.” Needless to say I was really angry and how unprofessional and rude she was. We’re not going back to this...
