McDonald's — Restaurant in Cottonwood

Morning staff is amazing! They are so sweet and respectful and super caring. Makes me feel like family.

Update 2024: my review above was made about 5 years ago. My fiancé loves McDonald’s in the AM. He loves his egg and cheese biscuit. This man is the sweetest person I have ever met. Some people may think he’s rude but that’s because he doesn’t speak English very well. But he is a gentle giant and will stop traffic to help an elder cross the road. With that being said he called me to ask how he can write a review to this McDonald’s. For a while now a “new” employee started. I think he said her name is Monica or Monique. By far the rudest person working there. She gives people attitude and you can tell she just doesn’t want to be there. Well this morning she THREW my fiancés change towards him and it all fell on the floor. He was scrambling around picking up the money. Not once did she apologize when he was visibly upset or acknowledged what she did was wrong . I have no idea what the manager is doing or how In the world she was hired. But someone needs to talk some sense into your morning people crew or provided training. That is NOT ok. Honestly if I were there I would have made her pick up the money. Ridiculous. Why is it so hard to be nice to one another? There’s enough going on...

Order 40 nuggets asked for extra ranch and bbq sauce. Cheeseburger only ketchup. Well get my food thru the drive thru finally afterv5 cars behind me get there food. Look in bag after the window was slammed on me. I have 1 ranch 1 bbq. So I go in everyone is ignoring me finally someone helps and goes to give me 2 more I said come on I have 40 nuggets. So I get a total of 5 more. On my way home I decide to eat the cheeseburger and guess what the receipt says ketchup only the paper on the cheeseburger says extra onions yep pickles and a whole lot of onions. Go back the manager that didn't help me the first time steps up. Tells me they are allowed 3 dipping sauce per ten nuggets. Per the division manager. Told him I didn't even get that when I came back in and plus now the cheeseburger. To many people flirting with each other and not caring is what is happening. I will be contacting another manager on Monday. Everyone there tonight looked high school age and the girl that gave me my food the first time wouldn't even look at...

I frequently visit this establishment and have consistently observed the hard work, efficiency, and respectful service provided by the staff, even during peak hours when the line is often long.
