This review is only on service, as I have not had their food. But I had heard enough great things that I wanted them to cater our 25th wedding anniversary. We got the opportunity to try their food when the food truck was at the Breezy Hill Vineyard in Minden (we live outside Neola) and it was one of the best pasta dishes I have ever had!
