Hawaiian Grill - Jennings — Restaurant in Country Club Hills

I wish i could give them a half of star i went today for the order they messed up yesterday i was the last customer I had a chicken tender and catfish nugget combo and I wanted my catfish nuggets fried extra crispy and when I got home and opened up Trey up they were extra soggy so I proceeded to put them in the refrigerator to bring them back to him today well I was working late and was about 15 minutes before they close I'll call and the guy was like man I can't do nothing for you cuz you should have called this morning and I said well I tell you what I'm going to bring it to you so you can see that I didn't touch anything in the trays so you're going to remake the trade pay your money for it and I still don't want to eat it because you just messed my appetite up but they were very rude and arrogant customer service is like a -30 everybody is really supposed to check some of my history with my track record people ree ree Marie's use an egg you know I don't pay taxes a house I think at least 3,500 people will possibly be responsible for me leaving my reviews that they visited Fantastic Sams in Kirkwood I'm not trying to be vindictive you got bad customer service at my Hawaiian Grill the best thing on the menu is the Kool-Aid laughing but...

I'm not sure how they got a 4.0 rating, but ok. The food was not special by any means, but what I'll remember from this experience is the leer of contempt by the dude who handed me my food and that he didn't say a single word to me, especially "thank you". My guess is they don't like Americans much, except our money, and see us as infidels who they can serve up death in the form of over salted fries and other foods cooked as unhealthy as possible. If you wonder why you're fat and the flu can kill you it's because of places like this. It's interesting how many restaurants just like this one are in the vicinity of this place. I'm betting they're run by the same type of people too. I think they're trying to kill the country as fast as possible. Avoid these places and...

This place is awful. I have tried to give multiple chances for them to redeem themselves. They served a raw hamburger to my son. Thankfully, he knew to not eat it. Took it back made a new one. No apology or anything. I purchased 75 wings and large fry. Prior to leaving, I asked twice for hot sauce and ketchup. Person confirmed. Went home and literally there were 20 packs of ketchup No hot sauce!! I returned angry and frustrated because I asked prior to leaving the establishment. The same person, responded "No!" and smiled at me. They really need to remove this person from the restaurant as he has really bad people skills and I believe has limited English. I can't endorse this establishment....
